This light and spacious villa is situated in a quiet well established cul-de-sac with its large private swimming pool and garden. It has extensive terraces with fine views of the sea and the mountains, providing sun and shade throughout the day. Most of the accommodation is on the first floor with the master suite on the second floor and a self contained apartment on the ground floor. This contains a bedroom with twin beds, bathroom open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge with double sofa bed.

Notes on accommodation
This is a large well appointed villa perfect for one or two families. The main villa has 4 bedrooms and the self contained apartment below has a further bedroom providing plenty of room for our guests. Both the villa and apartment are available for the use of our guests and included in the rental price (we do not let them separately). Our in resort representative will be delighted to help you with any matters during your stay, including arranging babysitting. Strictly no smoking in the villa and no pets. 2 cots and 2 high chairs available.
Accessibility
Unfortunately due to the steps this villa is not suitable for wheelchair users.
Outside
Private swimming pool 10mx5m with Roman End steps.1m at shallow end and 2m at deep end. BBQ and garden furniture provided. Table tennis table, dart board and basketball hoop provided for use by guests.
Coast/Beach
Five beautiful sandy beaches are nearby with EEC blue flag awards. Las Fuentes beach is 5 minutes walk away and the rest are within 5 minutes drive away with easy parking. Rocky outcrops are found between the sandy coves. Football pitches, volleyball nets, play areas and watersports-pedlos, windsurfing, scuba diving, jet ski-ing and sailing are available in season.
Golf
Two excellent 18 hole golf courses nearby. Club Panoramica near Vinaros,designed by Bernhard Langer, is approx 30 minutes away. Club de Campo del Mediterraneo,near Castellon, is the home course of Sergio Garcia, is 30 minutes away.
Skiing
Approximately 90 minutes drive to Spanish Ski Resort at Valdines.
Travel
By car from: Barcelona Airport approx 2hrs away (BA, Easyjet, Iberia etc.). Valencia Airport approx 50mins away (Easyjet, Ryanair, Iberia). Reus Airport approx 1hr. away (Ryanair, Air 2000, Thomson). Cruise and drive from Santander or Bilbao. By car from Dover 1,200 miles.
Distances
Car hire is recommended to explore this beautiful and unspoilt coastline. Visit Peniscola (15min drive) a picturesque old town with castle overlooking the town and sea; Morella (1hour drive) a medieval town perched high up in the mountains; Aquarama Water Park in Benicassim, 30 mins away for a wet and wild day. Universal Studio's Port Aventura, one of Europe's biggest theme parks is 1hours drive with Costa Caribe,another water park. Visit Valencia, home of the 2007 America's cup and the F1 GP.
Further details
Las Fuentes is a relatively quiet resort and nightlife is relaxed. Alcossbre has an extensive range of shops, supermarkets and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. There are cash points and banks and English speaking G.P's, dentists and pharmacies. There is also an internet cafe.
Booking notes
20% non refundable required at time of booking. Balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit of £300 is payable prior to arrival to cover any damage and will be returned a week after your return.
