Our luxury villa of 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with adjacent swimming pool, is now available to rent. It is situated at the exclusive La Sella resort, with an 18 hole championship golf course, tennis courts, riding stables and 5* hotel all close by. We have fabulous views from our terraces over the golf course, mountains, historic Denia and the 22kms. of wonderful sandy beaches. We are surrounded by orange and lemon groves and the area is very quiet and peaceful. A 10 minute drive will find you in Denia, a very Spanish town with fishing harbour, ferries to Ibiza and Majorca and wonderful restaurants and shops. There's a daily fruit and vegetable market and 2 weekly outdoor markets.

Travel
Alicante airport is approx. a 1 hour drive using the A7 motorway. La Sella is 5 minutes from junction 62. Valencia airport is also approx. 1 hour by car. A car is essential to enjoy the area to the full.
Distances
Denia is 10 minutes by car with restaurants, shops and beaches. Benidorm is a 20 minute drive.
Further details
At the golf course, a short walk away is a restaurant with wonderful views. There is a supermarket on site and a good restaurant and bar serving midday snacks. There are excellent restaurants in Denia and surrounding areas.

Welcome to our home in Denia.
Year purchased: 2004
Why the owner chose a home in this location
My parents moved to the area in the late 60's and we visited regularly. We bought the villa from new and made a few changes eg the 3rd small bedroom became an en-suite bathroom for the main bedroom, which we love.
We love Denia as it is so Spanish. The beaches are fabulous and we walk for hours by the sea, stopping for a drink, lunch or just a rest. The people are very friendly, especially if you try your best Spanish, and we love the Spanish way of life. At the weekend the main street in Denia is closed to traffic and the locals promenade, have craft fairs or bands along the street and it all comes to life. And of course, it doesn't finish until very late.
Unique benefits of the property
We have the most amazing views from our terrace and it is very peaceful so you can relax completely.There are local walks among the orange and lemon groves and it's a wonderful outdoor life. The pool is 'en-suite', just adjacent to the villa and the sound of running water is very relaxing. It is lit at night and looks amazing.
We have air-conditioning and fans throughout, which is essential particularly in the Summer months.
We have furnished the villa in cream and glass, which is very modern and the look is bright and spacious. We ask our guests to relax and treat it as their home and most of our guests return year after year.
All bookings are conducted online and we have wonderful property managers onsite who will make sure you have a holiday to remember.
