This apartment is the ideal place for 2 couples or a small family holiday. It is in a secure gated complex and is within 10 minute genuine walking distance of the lovely promenade and blue flag beaches of the Mar Menor. On the way to the beach you will pass all the shops, banks, bars and restaurants of Los Alcazares, so you can stop for supplies or refreshments on the way. Murcia airport is situated not far from Los Alcazares, so if you want that stressless car free holiday, then this would be ideal for you. Do not forget that from January 2011 transfers to and from Murcia airport are free. The rooftop terrace has a pull out pergola if you need shade, 4 sunbeds and a table with chairs to have that early evening BBQ on. there's also shaded areas around the pools if you prefer to sit there. If you like your food, Los Alcazares has many international style restaurants, Spanish, English, Chinese, Indian and Italian plus many cafes and tapas bars, and is ideal for that romantic evening out.

Notes on prices
Prices are for per week, minimum 1 week rental only, please note that there are no hidden costs for meeting and greeting, cleaning, paying a key holder or rent for cots or highchairs these are included in the price, and as of January 2011 we will be doing free transfers to and from Murcia airport.
Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible with the arrival time at 4pm and departure time 11am. If there is not a same day changeover we might be flexible about these times.

Bedlinen and towels are provided, and there is no charge for cleaning, the apartment is cleaned before you arrive and when you leave all towels and linen are changed before arrival, there will be 4 beach towels for you to use. |

Notes on accommodation
The apartment has 2 air-con units,1 in each bedroom. plus ceiling fans in the bedrooms and lounge, a safe is available if needed, and a hairdryer is provided, we also include up to 5 beach pool/towels as we know this will save space in your luggage for more important items.
Accessibility
This apartment is not suitable for wheelchair users or the infirm as it is a second floor apartment, and there is no lift access.
Outside
The garden area in this complex is well looked after, and the pools are ideal for families as there is a shallow end for younger children. plus shaded areas under the palm trees where you can relax and maybe read a book.
Coast/Beach
The Mar Menor is a true 10 minute walk from the apartment, with it's long sandy safe beaches and beach bars and cafes it is an ideal place to take the family. All the beaches around Los Alcazares are EU blue flag beaches, which gives you peace of mind especially with children. we have two beach umbrellas and 2 sand screws for your use, plus a cooler box so you can have lunch on the beach.
Golf
This area is a mecca for golfers, within a 35 drive there are a number of top class golf courses, they include La Manga, Roda, La Serena, El Valle, La Torre, Hacienda Riquelme, to name but a few.
Travel
Murcia San Javier, airport is a 10 minute drive away whilst Alicante is a 50 minutes drive. A car is essential if arriving at Alicante, but it is not essential from Murcia San Javier, Taxis are available or a transfers can be arranged please ask for details, please note that from Jan 2011 transfers will be free of charge from Murcia airport.
Distances
If you are adventurous the university city of Murcia is a 40 min drive away with it's famous cathedral. The Roman port of Cartagena is 20 min away it has very impressive architecture and a Roman amphitheatre. 35 minutes drive will take you to the Espuna National park which is a mountainous area of outstanding beauty and fantastic views of the surrounding countryside, ideal for a picnic.
Booking notes
A deposit of £100 per week of rental cost to secure your booking and the balance + £100 returnable security bond, is required 8 weeks before arrival, the returnable security deposit is returned within 7 days of departure after return of keys and inspection of the apartment, please note if you book within 8 weeks of arrival the full amount will be required.
