I enjoy swimming, biking and reading. We started to rent the apartment for tourism 7 years ago having the chance to meet new people from everywhere.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
It is a very very central apartment. For me is the best place to live in Seville because you can find simultaneously all kind of facilities and the surrounding quietness of big ancient buildings. I used to live there.
Unique benefits of the property
There are something no temporary, imperishable that only can be felt in Seville walking by the Alcazar and its garden, hearing the sounds of the Cathedral bells.
