The solarium has outstanding views of the salt lakes and mountains. Sun terraces, a large built in BBQ, several sun loungers, tables and chairs with parasols. 5 mins drive from the Mediterranean and its beautiful beaches. 30 minutes drive from Alicante and Murcia airports. Guardamar and its beaches are only a few kilometres drive away. Ciudad Quesada is a quiet residential area, which has its own 18-hole golf course, many bars and restaurants. The network of roads allows easy access to beaches, supermarkets, and for exploring further afield such as Cartagena, Alicante, Benidorm, Murcia. Several weekly markets are held nearby.

The villa is cleaned prior to arrival, towels, linen and bedding are provided (not beach towels). To allow for cleaning on change over day the villa can not be accessed until after 3pm. Baggage can be left before hand, with consent. |

Cots and highchairs can be rented. Gates have been installed to stop children getting to the pool.

Swimming pool is grand piano shaped, 7x4.4m and is professionally maintained weekly. Roof top solarium. Private garden with several sun-loungers tables and chairs.
Coast/Beach
The sea can just be seen from the solarium and outstanding views to the West of the salt lakes and Quesada.
Golf
Several golf courses within 10 miles, Quesada golf course is less than 2 miles away 18 holes.
Travel
Alicante airport is 35km. Alicante town is 40km. Santander ferry-port 800km. Mercia airport is 48km. Car hire is recommended.

Booking notes
Bookings are in peak season Saturday to Saturday. Arrivals after 3pm to allow for preparation. Departures before 10.30am again to allow for cleaning. Guest to pay £50 with final balance per stay for villa preparation and pool maintenance. £100 non refundable deposit and balance due six weeks before departure.
