The Las Mimosas complex has beautiful landscaped gardens, good sized swimming pools and an equipped play area for younger children. You are a pleasant 10 minute stroll away from the Marina, beaches, bars and restaurants of Cabopino and just a short drive from the bustling town of Marbella. This south facing 2nd floor penthouse apartment is fully air-conditioned and has a large ‘wrap round’ terrace that has been furnished with table, chairs, BBQ and sun lounger’s – your chance to make the most of the outdoor living that the Costa del Sol is so famous for. The apartment has been fully equipped for the self catering family but in the surrounding area are many bars and restaurants offering good food if you prefer to eat out.

Outside
The apartment has a huge 'wrap round' terrace that means you can have sun all day long. There are table and chairs for outside dining and sun loungers provided too. BBQ equipment is also provided.
There is a large community pool with separate childrens splash pool set adjacent to the apartments plus a play area for small children.
Coast/Beach
You are just a 10-minute walk to the glorious beaches of Cabopino (less if you drive) they are wide and sandy with a number of beach bar restaurants. Cabopino is a well known pleasure marina and surrounding the yacht pool are many bars and restaurants.
Travel
Malaga Airport a pleasant 30 minute drive.
Car Hire is not essential - but your own car would enable you to make the most of the surrounding area as there are many things to do and places to visit.

Las Mimosas de Golf Cabopino is situated a pleasant 30-minutes drive from Malaga airport and just 10 minutes away are the lively towns of Marbella and Puerto Banus. A coastal highway, the N340, travelling between the mountains and the sea, links all the resorts between Gibraltar and Nerja. With the apartment centrally located sightseeing is so simple. Within easy reach are the renowned cities of Granada and Seville. Gibraltar with the famous Rock Monkeys and Dolphin Cruises is a mere 45-minute drive. Venture a little inland and explore the many White Villages such as Casares, Gaucin, Mijas and Benahavis or take a trip to Ronda with its ancient Bull Ring, Arab Baths and the breathtaking gorge.
The complex of Las Mimosas is sandwiched between and glorious beaches of Cabopino and the challenging Cabopino Golf Course. For families there are numerous more sandy beaches within easy reach, most have beach bars and restaurants, and for fun days out there are Water Parks, Wild Life Parks and Marine Adventure Centres very close. For the Golfer you are at the centre of the 'Costa del Golf' and as well as the Cabopino Golf Course, that is literally on your doorstep, you have the choice of 30 golf courses that are playable all year round – all within a 30-minute drive. The location is also ideal for non-golfers who enjoy quality accommodation in a peaceful and un-crowded setting.
