This beautiful, bright ground floor apartment is spacious, tastefully furnished and has all the facilities you could need. The large lounge has a fireplace, 2 large sofas, satellite TV with UK free to air digital channels, DVD, CD player/radio and opens out onto a large terrace, great for alfresco dining. The master bedroom is en-suite with a super king sized bed, (or 2 twin beds). The second bedroom, 2 twin beds, opens out onto the rear terrace equipped with sun loungers. The pool is approximately 15 metres from the rear terrace. The kitchen opens onto the fully enclosed 3rd terrace where buggies or golf clubs can be stored. There is air-conditioning, marble floors, fitted wardrobes to both bedrooms, satellite TV and more. It is set in tropical gardens, just a 20 minute walk from the famous marina of Puerto Banus. It has spectacular views of the 'La Concha' peak of the Sierra Blanca mountain range. There is 24 hour security, on site bar, restaurant and a large Mercadona supermarket.

Notes on prices
Special offer 30th June to vacating 7th July now showing on the rental rates table. £450 for 7 nights! In general, rates are per week for 4 people. 5th person extra £70. A deposit of £200 is required to secure the booking and will be refunded provided the key is returned and the apartment is left in a good condition. Payment in sterling or euros, by bank transfer. Bookings for stays of 4 nights or less charged at higher day rate. Extra linen change for stays 11, 12 and 13 ngts.
Changeover day
Flexible changeover day. The apartment is available from 3.30pm on the day of arrival until 10.00am on the day of departure. We regret, for the smooth running of changeovers, these times are not flexible.

The apartment is cleaned and fresh linen provided at the end of each 7 night stay in readiness for the next guest. Extra mid-week cleans on request (for further cost). |

We regret there is no provision for wheelchair access.
Outside
The front terrace is a dining terrace and overlooks the main walkway. It has hedging to the open sides and is very relaxing and pleasant. The rear terrace has sun loungers and a casual table with chairs. It is approximately 15 metres away from the swimming pool area. The enclosed terrace accessed from the kitchen is ideal for storage, sunbathing and drying washing.
Coast/Beach
The main beaches in Puerto Banus are just a 20 minute walk away or literally a few minutes by car. You will find other beaches only minutes away further across the coast.
Golf
The area is known as Golf Valley because of the close proximity of numerous golf courses some within a 5 minute drive away.
Travel
The nearest airport is Malaga, approximately 50km, then Gibraltar. It takes as little as 35 to 40 minutes to travel by car from Malaga to the apartment. There is a coach which runs from Malaga airport to Marbella. From here take a taxi to the apartment.
Distances
45 minutes to the historic town of Rhonda and the same to Gibraltar. Marbella is about 10 minutes away.
Further details
You do not necessarily need a car to enjoy your stay at Los Naranjos unless you wish to play golf or travel and explore the area. There is a large Mercadona supermarket on site, restaurant, bar and social area, tennis courts and Banus is only a 20 minute walk away. Here you will find sandy beaches, fashionable designer boutiques, a magnificent yacht marina, restaurants, bars, clubs and more. There is a market each Saturday and a craft fair/market held throughout July and August.
Booking notes
Bookings are provisional until receipt of a £200 deposit. The balance, along with a £200 security deposit/loss of keys, is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is returned within 10 days of your return subject to the apartment being left in a good condition. Payment via bank transfer or cheque. Cancellation policy.
