Notes on accommodation
The modern and luxurious apartment is both large and spacious for that perfect holiday. The wonderful 3 bedroom apartment has everything for everyone, if you are a group a family or couple it accommodates everyone. It is full air conditioned providing a breath of fresh air in the boiling hot summer and heat in the summer months.
The Apartment is in the Porto fino complex which is a beautiful modern secure complex with a communal pool for residents only. It is mins work from all the bars and restaurants, the marina, the beaches and the golf course and new golf club house.

Accessibility
The Porto fino complex has lifts to all floors and the apartment itself is on one floor making it accessible for all. If there any questions please let me know.

Outside
The huge 87m2 balcony is designed so that all family times can be enjoyed both inside and outside this apartment.

With spectacular views of the golf course and surrounding mountains. Attached to this apartment is also a communal pool for all to enjoy.

The apartment is on the second floor and the large swimming floor is on the first floor.

Coast/Beach
There are two beaches within 5-10mins walk away from the complex and a whole host of other beaches close to the area.

Golf
There are many beautiful golf course in the area all a relatively short drive from the area.
Almerimar Golf Club is situated in the heart of the Almerimar resort. It is located approximately 5-10 minutes (walk) from the apartment. The golf course comprises of 27-holes, the original 18-holes with par 72 and then extended with an additional 9-holes. The course offers enormous play possibilities and challenges, and has a generous practice area with chipping green with 3 exercise holes, exercise shelters, a putting green and driving range. The lush vegetation affords a pleasant oasis-style feel to a round as the palm trees and lakes create spots of spectacular beauty.

Skiing
The Sierra Mountains are but a 1-2 hour drive away which means you can go skiing during the day and enjoy the heat of the sun in the evening.

Travel
Fly:
The nearest airport is Almeria which is no more than 30 mins drive (approximately 55Kms) to Almerimar apartment. You can also drive from Malaga approx 2.5 hours on the motorway from Malaga or Murcia.

Transfers:
Transfers from Almeria Airport to the apartment can be arranged for €45

Buses:
Local buses run regularly between the airport and the town.

The Christian Cathedral dating back to 1524 which is another interesting place to visit.

Booking notes
Arrival time is 2pm and departure is 11am to allow the cleaners time to clean the apartment for the next clients.
25% deposit secures the booking and the rest can be paid 8 weeks before arrival. If booking is before 8 weeks full payment is expected.
