Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | On the entry level, there is 1 double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs is the luxurious master bedroom with breathtaking views, a king size bed & ensuite bathroom plus a double bedroom & a bedroom with 3 twin beds + sofa bed for 1. |
| Bathrooms: | Downstairs there is a beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower close to the pool. Upstairs there is a shared bathroom for 2 bedrooms with a bathtub & good views. The ensuite bath for the master bedroom has a large round tub for 2 with views to the sea. |
| Kitchen: | Very large, modern kitchen with the top of the line appliances. Sliding glass doors lead out to the terrace and covered porch. You couldn´t ask for a nicer place to have your meals. The herb garden is in easy reach to assist you in creating gourmet meals. |
| Living Rooms: | Very large, open plan lounge and dining room with views to the pool and the sea from every imaginable angle. Easy access to the pool terrace and the other south facing terraces for the perfect integration of indoor and outdoor living. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bath & beach towels are provided. The villa is thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival & left in absolutely perfect condition. Additional cleanings can be arranged throughout your stay. |
Notes on accommodation
All the furniture and appliances are new. A team of interior decorators were involved in the design and decoration of the villa from start to finish and it shows. Comfort has been taken into consideration when selecting everything from the leather sofas to the back supporting mattresses and pillows to the sun loungers. Your comfort is guaranteed. Treat yourself to a week or more of luxury and rest and relaxation!
Outside
Over 100 metres of sunny south facing terrace around the beautiful 11 meter long heated pool. The pool is illuminated and features 2 decorative rock features. There is a covered porch, done in traditional Spanish style, overlooking the pool for those who like shade. The whole area really belongs on a magazine cover. Over 100 metres of garden area, separate from the pool, perfect for children to play in. A truly marvelous place to spend your holiday in the sun.
Pool heating is optional and charged exactly at cost for the fuel consumed. Within a 5 minute walk is a large community pool, children´s pool, tennis court, table tennis and football pitch. Our guests have unlimited, free use of these facilities. This is a great way to keep your children entertained, especially in summer and over bank holidays, when there are other children there.
Coast/Beach
The closest beach is 5 minutes away by car. There are many beaches to choose from in truly idyllic settings.
Golf
10 minutes by car to the nearest 9 hole golf course (which will be an 18 hole course by December 2005). There are amazing views to the sea and snow covered mountains from the course.
Skiing
The Sierra Nevada ski resort is only 75 minutes away. It is possible to ski in the morning and relax on the beach in the afternoon. One of the only places in the world where this is possible.
Travel
Malaga airport 1 hour & 15 minutes away.
Granada airport 45 minutes away.
Other options include Almeria or Murcia airport.
Distances
Almunecar with its great beaches, ancient Roman aqueducts, large fresh market, amazing restaurants & state of the art spa to leave you feeling refreshed & revitalized is only 15 mins away. Nerja with its amazing caves, which are easily accessible & a favourite of all of our guests, is 30 mins away. The historic city of Granada with the amazing Alhambra Palace is only 45 mins away. The Alpujarras, which are a series of mountain villages where it seems as if time has stopped, are great for walks.

Booking notes
Rates for up to 8. Supplement for additional guests.
Payment is requested in Euros.
There is a 30% deposit upon booking, and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival unless otherwise agreed.
Payment is possible by bank transfer or Visa/Mastercard. There is a 2% supplement for credit card payments.
Security deposit of € 500 euros is payable in cash upon arrival.
Electricity charged between November and end April.
Pool heating is optional. Charge base on fuel consumed.

What a fantastic villa - what a fantastic week! We can´t get over the views from the terraces! Watching the sunsets and sunrises were magic. We will certainly be back. Wonderful weather really hot and sunny, only one day was a bit cloudy.

It was so refreshing to say in such a beautiful villa with such thoughtful touches! The children have loved the pool so much its been difficult to extract them to do anything else!
We have had our batteries recharged for the week, and would love to stay again next year!
