Monday is our preferred changeover day.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | All 3 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and access to a south facing terrace. The second bedroom has the same great views to castle of Salobrena, a double bed & terrace. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. |
| Bathrooms: | Downstairs there is a pretty cloak room. The master bathroom has a sink, corner bathtub & a walk-in shower. The bathroom for the 2nd bedroom has a basin & walk-in shower. The bathroom for the 3rd bathroom also has a basin and walk in shower. |
| Kitchen: | Beautiful custom, open plan kitchen with an American bar and a window that serves as a pass through to the barbeque area. The kitchen is very close to the covered porch and pool making al fresco dining easy and delightful. |
| Utility Room: | Washing machine, tumble dryer, drying rack and lines outside to hang clothes on if you would like to take advantage of the sunshine. |
| Living Rooms: | Beautifully decorated open plan lounge & dining room. 2 comfortable leather couches. Direct access to pool terrace. 5 large windows allowing for maximum enjoyment of the views to the sea & castle of Salobrena. 28 inch satellite TV, DVD. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bath & beach towels are provided. The villa is thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival & left in absolutely perfect condition. |
Outside
Beautiful rustic style, pool terrace with 6 comfortable sun loungers so you can sit & enjoy the amazing views to the beach and Moorish castle of Salobrena. There are pine trees that surround the villa and provide a peaceful, soothing environment. There is a large covered porch next to the heated pool with a table for 6. We have special safety fences that can be put in place to block the pool off to small children. The large roof top terrace (90 m2) is a great sun trap. The hot tub, another covered porch and sun loungers are there. This is heaven on earth between the views, the pine trees, the natural rock and the soothing warm water of the hot tub. Come and see why our guests return. Within a 3 minute walk is a large community pool, childrens pool, tennis court, table tennis and football pitch. Our guests have unlimited, free use of these facilities. This is a great way to keep your children entertained, especially in summer and over bank holidays, when there are other children there.
Coast/Beach
The closest beach is 5 minutes away by car. There are many beaches to choose from in truly idyllic settings.
Golf
10 minutes by car to the nearest 18 hole golf course with extremely reasonable green fees. There are amazing views to the sea and snow covered mountains from the course.
Skiing
The Sierra Nevada ski resort is only 75 minutes away. It is possible to ski in the morning and relax on the beach in the afternoon. One of the only places in the world where this is possible.
Travel
Malaga airport 1 hour & 15 minutes away.
Granada airport 45 minutes away.
Other options include Almeria or Murcia airport.
Distances
Almunecar with its great beaches, ancient Roman aqueducts, large fresh market, amazing restaurants & state of the art spa to leave you feeling refreshed & revitalized is only 15 mins away. Nerja with its amazing caves, which are easily accessible & a favourite of all of our guests, is 30 mins away. The historic city of Granada with the amazing Alhambra Palace is only 45 mins away. The Alpujarras, which are a series of mountain villages where it seems as if time has stopped, are great for walks.

My husband and I live nearby. We are property developers and we designed and built this villa ourselves with extreme care and attention to detail. It is of utmost importance to us that you have a wonderful holiday. We are here to do whatever we can to help you. We do everything from giving you inside tips on things to do and places to see, recommending great restaurants and arranging for maid service should that be desired. Booking notes
Payment is requested in euros.
There is a 30% deposit when booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. Payment is possible with Visa, with a 2% supplement. Security/breakage deposit of 400 euros payable in cash upon arrival.
Electricity charged between 29 October and 28 April.
Pool heating is optional. Charge based on fuel used.

Six tired, stressed people arrived at this lovely villa, six rejuventated and happy people departed. All the ingredients for a relaxing and memorable week are here, with many thanks to Marla and Juan who have thought of just about everything for comfort. The weather has been good to us and any cloud was a welcome respite. Lots of swimming and hot tubbing and enjoying the panoramic views. We shall be back. Thank you both.

We stayed for 3 weeks and found everything about the villa so enjoyable. We reiterate what the previous guests have said - beds, spa, pool - everything made for a most relaxing holiday. We found that the information guide became our bible in the villa, so handy, with everything we needed to know and more! Marla could not have been more helpful.
