A minute away from the beach and walking distance of local facilities; such as a local bakery, supermarket and chemist, there is little more needed for a stress free vacation. Comfort is key in this Mediterranean villa, with a spacious lounge and soft furnishings.

Changeover day
Saturday is preferred, although flexible especially out of season.

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The villa will be cleaned on arrival and will include all linen and towels. (Guests will need to bring beach towels). An additional premium can be made for additional chamber maid services. A member of staff is available on site most days. |
Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioning is provided in the ground floor reception area and fans are provided in all first floor bedrooms.
Accessibility
The ground floor is fully adapted for disabled guests, including good level access to 1 ground floor bedroom, downstairs bathroom, kitchen, and patio and pool and courtyard area. The villa has its own private parking space(s)for 2 cars with direct and level access to villa itself. The pool is also ramped for used by guests in wheelchairs and trained support/care staff can be provided at an additional cost if necessary.
Outside
Very large south facing patio, pool and barbeque area with seperate shaded courtyard area. The villa has sole use of a large 10m x 5m private pool which is fitted with the latest purification system with sunbathing patio and alfresco dining area overlooking the pool. Outside area includes Table 12 chairs, 12 sunloungers, seperate table tennis area.
Coast/Beach
The villa is in a 'second line' position only 150m from the local blue flag beach and promenade. The beach stretches for 10 km to both the east and west with a range of excellent sea food restaurants and local tapas bars.
Golf
There are a great number of golf courses on the Costa del Sol, or Golf del Sol. Nearest golf course and club house is 5-10 mins by car.The local 18 hole golf course at Anoreta Golf Club at Rincon De La Victoria is also less than 10 mins drive away with its own Restaurant, Club House, Private Pool, and Buggy Hire Available. The Course is 5.67km with a 124 Slope but requires a Compulsory Minimum Handicap Cert of: Male 28, Female 32. Pre booking is advised via the internet with weekday rates per round of 49 Euros & 64 Euros at weekends
Skiing
The ski fields are only 2 hours drive away in Granada/Sierra de Nevada. So you can have a swim in the sea and then go for a ski.
Special interest holidays
We also provide holidays for disabled visitors. Villa has 2 mountain bikes and table tennis table, bats and balls for guests use.
Travel
The villa is 25 minutes drive from Malaga airport and is easy to access via the motoway and N340 coast road. The village is also well serviced by local bus routes to Malaga and Marbella to the West and most major towns to the
east. Use of a car is recommended but not essential.
Distances
There are many of places of interest within easy reach of the villa including Malaga, Marbella and Porta Banus (20-40km) to the west and the Caves of Nerja and many traditional 'white' villages (20-30km) to the east. There are several shopping malls and excellent entertainment complexes only 5-10 km away.
Further details
Inland there is the beautiful lake Vindulea and great opportunities for walking, climbing and cycling. To the west is the town of Malaga and an number of coastal resorts, including Marbella. The traditional seaside village of Benajarafe has a range of good local facilities including excellent seafood restaurants, tapas bars, supermarkets, bank, wonderful bakery, newspaper shops etc which are only within a few minutes walk of the villa.
Booking notes
An initial payment, the deposit of £500 is required to secure the villa. The full villa rental payment is required 2 months prior to the date of using the villa. The deposit is then returned minus any damages within 2 weeks of you leaving the villa.
