Lovely detached villa on good sized plot with open views. Outside, there is a private swimming pool within the tiled plot, BBQ, seating area, large solarium and terrace. There is air-conditioning in the 3 bedrooms and lounge/diner and the property also has security grills. 2 of the bedrooms have en-suite. 5 min walkaway from the main shopping centre in Gran Alicant. There are supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants and lot of other service. This villa has just recently become free for short term renting.

200 euros as deposit for any damage or brakage *lost keys, paid at arrival.
If not needed to pay to fix or replace items that has been broken or damaged it is paid fully back at departure :)

Travel
Only 10 minutes from Alicante airport.

Distances
The cosmopolitan city of Alicante, with good shops (including designer) and nightlife, including a beautiful marina and castle, only 15 minutes drive. Spanish fishing town of Santa Pola is a 5 minute drive away with its twice weekly outside market.

Further details
Gran Alacant offers a wide variety: sports facilities, banks, restaurants, bars, doctors, pharmacies, internet cafes and supermarkets. The golf links are only 15 mins by car. There are a number of facilities where you can enjoy all sports including, paragliding, kayak, catamaran sailing and all kinds of water sports -some in Gran Alacant and some more in Santa Pola .

I live in England with my husband and 2 children (7 and a 5 year old). We spend our holidays in Gran Alacant and rent out our property in Gran Alacant when we are not using it.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
This location is so convenient for the Airport. You are in the apartment after 7 or 8 minutes. Everything is very close by so you don't need to rent a car unless you want to. Lots of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and supermarkets + other small shops and services are within 5 min walking distance.
