This apartment has all the modern conveniences of home including satellite television and is in walking distance of the popular resort of Puerto Banus and a short drive to first-class golf courses. Our apartment is fitted with quality furnishings including an enclosed/open balcony. The apartment faces south-west and is bathed in sunshine from 12 noon 'till sunset (winter months only). It enjoys a large shared swimming pool.

Notes on accommodation
Pool is supervised by life guard during summer months and the pool is suitable for both adults and children. If you wish you can use my bicycles and my golf clubs!
Accessibility
The apartment is on one level and is on the first floor and can be accessed by stairs/elevator from the ground floor and underground car park. The grounds are surrounded by a mosaic type footpath which could be a bit rickety for wheel chairs.
Outside
Shared swimming-pool with lots of loungers (you don't have to rush to secure one). Beautiful garden well maintained.
Coast/Beach
The beaches of Puerto Banus are accessible via foot-bridge across the N340 and can be reached in less than twenty minutes on foot. By car about 5 mins. San Pedro is an easy 25min walking distance.
Golf
20 golf courses are within easy drive as the apartment is located in the Golf Valley. You may use my golf clubs.
Skiing
2 hours by car.
Travel
Cumbres del Rodeo Nueva Andalucia is equidistant from Malaga and Gibraltar Airports approx one hour by car. use of car is recommended and can be hired at both Airports. (Book prior to arrival). However there excellent local and provincial buses to Ronda Gibraltar Marbella.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We bought the property in 2005 as a retirement home. We liked Cumbres del Rodeo for its ideal location. The apartment was well built and had beautifully finished gardens which were well maintained. Cumbres del Rodeo is within walking distance of Puerto Banus with its beautiful beaches and is also within walking distance of San Pedro. The apartment has wonderful views of Gibraltar and the North African coast and has stunning sunsets over the the mountains reflecting ever changing colours. The south west facing balcony is bathed in sunshine from noon to sunset. The swimming pool is never overcrowded and you don't have to be up at cock crow to claim a lounger at pool side.

While the property is conveniently located to the stylish Puerto Banus it is located in a quiet neighbourhood. It is in easy reach of Malaga, Gibraltar and Ronda and each of these locations can be reached by car in about one hour.
