The accommodation offers 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped open plan kitchen, dining and living areas with terrace overlooking the pool below. This apartment is very well equipped giving bright and comfortable living space to enjoy a great holiday in Sitges.

Notes on prices
Cost per night in Euros based upon 1-6 people sharing, then for each extra guest i.e. 7-9, there is a surcharge of 25 Euros per night.

A 30% deposit (via PayPal. Please note that a 3.5% PayPal service charge is added) is required to confirm the reservation with the balance payable in cash Euros upon arrival. For stays of less than the minimum period a 75 euros supplement is payable.

This apartment is available for monthly stays from November to end of March 2011 please ask for details

Bedrooms: 4 doubles bedrooms: two with 150 x 190cm beds and two with 135 x 190cm beds. Each bedroom has a double wardrobe, side tables and lamps.

The windows can provide for complete darkness or lightness: outside full blind, inside blinds and dress curtains.
Bathrooms: Bathroom 1: large walk in shower, wash basin and wc.
Bathroom 2: corner shower, wash basin and wc.
Kitchen: Fully fitted open plan kitchen with lots of storage space, crockery, glasses, cutlery and cooking utensils. Electric oven, gas hob, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster.
Utility Room: Washing machine, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer, hoover, cleaning equipment
Living Rooms: The lounge is comfortable with 2 sofas, coffee tables, TV, DVD Player, hi-fi, wifi (optional at 5 euros per day) with French windows leading onto the balcony with tables and chairs that overlook the pool below.
Other: The dining area has a pine table and chairs to seat 9.

linen/maid service:
Bedding: mattress protector, bottom sheet, duvet, duvet cover and bed cover. Each person has 2 large pillows. Towels per person: two bath towels (100 x 70cm) and one hand towel (50 x 40cm). All is changed every new booking.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is suitable for children. Please note that there is a non smoking policy although guests can smoke on the terrace outside. Internet access is optional and costs 5 euros per day.

This apartment is suitable for wheelchair access. It is on the third floor and it has a lift. There are no levels within the apartment it is all on one floor.

Outside
The terrace overlooks the residents communal pool below. It has 4 chairs and 2 tables.
Also the apartment offers 4 sun loungers and umbrella for use at the pool

The beaches are a few moments walk away.

Sitges 18 hole golf course is about 2km away and there are various golf courses in Vilanova

Travel
The best airport to fly into is "Aeroport Del Prat de Llobregat" (Barcelona El Prat International) and has the Airport Code of BCN. The town centre, its cafes, restaurants, shops, bars, clubs, supermarkets, fruit market, banks, museums, cinema, train station, bus station etc are all within a few minutes walk from the apartment.

For me, Sitges is the perfect place, its a beach resort with 4km of palm-fringed boulevard, 17 sandy beaches and bays, a beautiful marina, a busy festive calendar with some truly amazing fiestas, first-rate tourist facilities, dozens of bars, cafes, restaurants and loads of great designer shops, plus, in addition to all this, I get to meet some really great guests who book my apartment...so how perfect can that be!

I am very passionate about Sitges because not only is it a beautiful place to live but it also has a very utopian culture and every one who comes here is able to relax, be themselves and have a great holiday. It’s gay friendly, hetero friendly and family friendly, in fact, Sitges is everybody friendly! There is something in Sitges for everyone, its a very difficult place to get bored in, plus Sitges is also on the doorstep of one of Europe’s most beautiful and exciting cities...Barcelona. So Sitges really is a perfect location for both beach and city break holidays.

Unique benefits of the property
I bought this property as it offers spacious accommodation and is only moments from everything Sitges has to offer. So for me, location wise its perfect. I have remodelled the apartment for the 2011 season and most things in it are new. I believe in offering the best service/product I can as I am well aware of how important holidays are to my guests My apartment is quite unique in so far as there are not many accommodations available in town that can comfortably cater for up to 9 people, plus its got a pool!
