The apartment is no smoking and pets are not allowed, mature couples and families welcome. Rental will be refused for all male or female groups.

Travel
A car is recommended, car hire can be arranged. Good local taxi service. Malaga airport is about 30 minutes away.
Booking notes
A non refundable deposit of 30% is required at time of booking
Balance is required in full 8 weeks prior to rental.
A £150 refundable breakage and inventory deposit is required with final payment.

6 - 8 weeks 50% refund
3 - 5 weeks 25% refund
3 weeks and under no refund

About the owner
Gary and Tracy Cleary live in Warrington Cheshire and have two children Robert (27) and Lauren (15) we own and run an IT/Soft Skills training company delivering business to business training.
We have been married 19 years but together for 28 years, we purchased our little bit of paradise in Miraflores about 4 years ago and still love it as much as the first time we saw it. Our apartment provides us with stress free holidays to relax and recharge our batteries.
