Notes on accommodation
Bedrooms have ceiling fans and there are two free-standing fans if required.
Full central heating is available (winter lets).
Suitable for children as the whole property is gated and the pool is just a few paces from the front door. However, as there are just 17 apartments, mostly year-round residents, the pool area is not likely to be crowded or noisy.

Coast/Beach
6 minutes walk to sandy beach which stretches approx. 22km
Golf
La Sella & Oliva Nova golf course are each about 15 mins drive.
Travel
Denia is midway between Alicante and Valencia airports, each approx. an hour's drive.
A car would generally be recommended for exploring the local area.
Distances
Denia town centre is less than 2km from the apartment.
Neighbouring town of Javea/Xabia is approx. 20 mins drive by motorway, or scenic mountain road.
Many interesting towns/villages to explore - Ondara, Gata de Gorgos, Benissa, Pedreguer, Orba, leading inland to the Jalon Valley, famous for its wine production.
Denia has a busy seafront, with many bars & nightlife, and the bustling fishing and ferry port, where you can catch a boat to any of the Balearic Islands.
