Easy lift access to the penthouse which is all on the same level. Steps up to roof terrace so not suitable for wheelchairs.

Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is only 5 minutes away by car. Beaches near Puerto Banus is only 10 minutes away and if you want to go sunbathing in Marbella it's only 20 minutes away by car.

The area surrounding Montevideo is haven for golf lovers! There are many international standard courses within easy reach such as La Quinta Golf, Los Arqueros Golf, Atalaya Golf, La Zagaleta, Los Naranjos, Las Brisas, Monte Mayor, Coto la Serena, El Paraiso, Aloha Golf, Guadalmina Club, Flamingos, La Dama de Noche, La Duqueasa and many more.

Travel
The nearest airport is Malaga airport which can be reached within 50 minutes. You can also choose to fly into Gibraltar airport which is 1 hour away.

Further details
Benahavis, a picturesque Andalusian village, only 5 minutes away is renowned for its restaurants – it is known as the dining room of the Costa del Sol. All restaurants offer very good value for money and most serve typically Spanish cuisine, but you may also find Italian, Indian and French food on the menu.
In Puerto Banus, 10 minutes away, you’ll find a variety of restaurants along the seafront promenade. We can recommend Los Bandidos restaurant which offers fabulous French and Swedish cuisine. Italian restaurants such as Picasso and Aretusa are also very good.
Marbella, 20 minutes away, is a gourmet’s paradise overflowing with exciting, cosmopolitan restaurants and cosy, chic bistros around every corner. Marbella is a wonderful shopping centre with several large shopping complexes, as well as hypermarkets, specialty food shops, designer boutiques, interior decor stores and much, much more.

At the time of booking you have to pay 1/3 of the rental price and fill out a booking form. Once we received this we can confirm the booking. Another third is due to be paid 12 weeks before arrival and the balance is due to be paid 6 weeks before arrival including a returnable deposit fee (in case of damages to the property).
