A pretty one bed villa with spectacular views of the Mediterranean sea and the Almijara mountains. In one of the most sought after areas of Nerja. There are two large pools and two children's pool. Ten minutes walk to Burriana beach twenty minutes to the beautiful town of Nerja. There is a regular bus service from the urbanisation to the town. Tennis club open to the public with snacks available. There is a shop on the urbanisation and the large supermarket is 5 mins walking distance. A car is not essential in Nerja as there is a very good bus service to most areas. Numerous bars and restaurants within the area. Would suit families with young or older children. Places to visit nearby are the world famous caves of Nerja, Frigiliana village up in the hills and the wonderful city of Malaga. Bus services are available to all these places.

Large South facing Terrace with Panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea with stunning mountain views to the side. Large table with 5 chairs, 2 cushioned sunbeds, Gas BBQ.
Coast/Beach
Burriana Beach is 5 min drive/15 min walk away. There are numerous beaches close by which are lined with various Restaurants, Bars and shops. Further along the coast are the more secluded and quiet beaches
Golf
There are 2 well established Golf Courses 30 minutes drive in each direction. These are Baviera and Los Mariscos.
Skiing
Skiing is up in Granada and is about two and a half hours away by car during the winter months.
Travel
Malaga airport is 45 min drive.
It is not essential to hire a car as the town/beaches are all within walking distance, however if you would like to visit some of the beautiful neighbouring villages eg. Frigiliana, up in the hills, with its lovely Moorish charms, or the stunning Caves of Nerja, then car hire would be desirable.
Distances
The Town of Nerja, with the much-loved Balcon De Europa, various shops, Restaurants, Bars, supermarkets and stunning Church is 10 min drive away.
Further details
The local market is held every Tuesday and is well worth a visit.

I retired from the civil service a while back and for a hobby I enjoy playing the keyboard and writing music.
