Superb detached 2 bedroom villa, one with en suite bathroom, sleeps 4/6, has central heating and air-conditioning in main living area. There are ceiling fans to all bedrooms. A well equipped separate kitchen with everything provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The villa is located in a great location on this resort and is close to all amenities. The back garden is south facing with it's own 6m x 3m pool, ideal for keeping cool! There are several bars and restaurants on the complex and a very well stocked supermarket. The 5 star spa hotel is close by and can for a small charge be used by guests. There is a large communal pool 2 minutes walk away with a kid's play area nearby. San Javier (Murcia) airport and the sandy beaches of the Mar Menor are a 15 minute drive away.

We will be as flexible as possible with changeover days and times of arrival and departure.

Accessibility
This villa is a single storey building, with one small step into the main front door. All the rooms are on ground level. There is a staircase to the roof terrace.
Outside
Private rear garden with 6 x 3m private pool. Outdoor furniture includes sunloungers, patio table and chairs. The villa has it's own drive with off street parking.
Coast/Beach
The coast of Costa Calida with very clean sandy beaches is 15km away. Here you will find Los Alcazares with its long promenade, golden sands and beach bars.
Golf
La Torre golf course has 18 holes, large driving range, practice putting green, Pro shop, club hire. Golf lessons can be booked from the shop.
Special interest holidays
In the local area there are many sandy beaches and it is ideal for water sports enthusiasts. Local sports include fishing, sailing, windsurfing, diving and swimming. Other activities include cycling and horse riding. Mar Menor's beach is also ideal for families as the water is calm, warm and shallow. Walking is also popular along the beach promenade.
Travel
Murcia Airport is a 15 min drive away. If you intend to explore places of interest the old city and port of Cartagena, and Murcia are well worth a visit. A car is recommended for this or you could take the train. The nearest station is a 5 min drive at Balsicas. We recommend you hire a car that you can pick up and deliver back to the airport.

Los Alcazares 15km, Murcia 20km, Cartagena 50km. Alicante is about 1 hours drive.

Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of £150 is required at time of booking, with the balance being paid in full 6 weeks before the commencement date. A refundable breakage charge of £100 is payable at time of booking (this will be refunded within 2 weeks of your vacating the property, subject to inspection). Dates will only be held when accompanied by a booking form and deposits (or full payment if holiday commences in less than 6 weeks). cleaning and linen charge 70 Euro payable locally.
