Ideal for couples or small families, the property is just five minutes drive to the centre of Nerja or to Burriana Beach with its many bars and bustling restaurants. This delightful property is the garden apartment of a pueblo style villa and is just a two-minute stroll to the Community's attractive swimming pool, restaurant and well-stocked small supermarket. There are a number of good restaurants close by catering for all tastes. Tennis courts are five minutes walk away where there is a large supermarket. The local bus stops at the top of the road and has a regular service into town, thus making it ideal for visitors without a car. Trips can be taken west to Torre del Mar and Malaga, east to Almunecar and Almeria, and inland to Granada, Cordoba and Seville. The lively old Andalucian town of Nerja is 50km east of Malaga and just 45 minutes by motorway from the international airport. The famous Nerja Balcon de Europa, an elegant promenade jutting out on a cliff, has breathtaking views.

Bedrooms: The good-sized bedroom has a double bed, single bed, ample wardrobe space and bedside tables. There is also room for a cot which can be provided upon request. Fans are provided for summer and heaters for winter.
Bathrooms: The shower room has shower, WC and wash hand basin.
A hair dryer is provided.
Kitchen: The well equipped kitchen has ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, iron/ironing board, coffee percolator, kettle, toaster and all the equipment one would need for a family holiday.
Living Rooms: Our comfortable, sunny lounge, which looks onto the garden, is bright and airy. There is a settee for three and an armchair. A flat screen TV provides all the necessary Sky programmes via satellite. A DVD and radio are also provided.
Other: The property is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers and bbq. A retractable awning has been installed to provide shade for those who want it.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Our cleaning staff make sure that everything is ready for your arrival. Bedlinen and towels are provided although we do not supply beach towels. These can be supplied on request. Maid service is optional during your stay.

Notes on accommodation
The property has everything you could want for your perfect holiday. We provide folders and booklets containing information on all the places of interest for you to visit in the surrounding area.
For the benefit of all our guests we request that you do not smoke inside the property.

Accessibility
The property is on the level and has convenient on-road parking. For those without a car, the local bus stops at the end of the road.

Outside
The property has independent access and a garden which is private for the use of our guests. Capistrano Village has its own full-sized swimming pool which is for the exclusive use of owners and their guests. The complex has a security guard patrol.

Golf
For golfers there are 7 great golf courses within an hour's drive. Only a 10 minute drive away is Baviera Golf which has been landscaped.

Travel
Car hire is useful but there is a good bus service to suit most visitor's needs.
From the airport:
By Taxi - Always prebook taxis from Nerja which will cost about 70 Euros. Airport taxis can cost 90 Euros.
By Bus - Airport bus leaves every half hour between 07.00hrs-23.00hrs to Malaga bus station. Cost about one Euro. The Nerja bus is run by 'Alsina Graells Sur'. Buy your ticket at their office inside the bus station building prior to boarding - under five Euros - and goes from Bay 38.

Guest comments
This was our first vist to Spain and we had such a brillant time that I doubt it will be the last.The region of Andalucia is truly wonderful, in particular the Alpujarras where we spent an exciting day on mountain roads and tracks. Also, our day in Granada visiting the Alhambra will not be forgotten easily. Add to this the pleasant local surroundings, beaches, accommodating people and easy way of life, it was a holiday to remember. Your apartment was an ideal base from which to travel to visit the many places we saw and delightful to return to in the evening, chill out in the garden and plan the next day. The property and entire village is very well cared for and wonderfully clean with all necessary amenities close to hand. There is still much more that we would like to see in Andalucia and I hope that you will be able to accommodate us at some point in the future. Chris

About the owner
After living in France and being in the holiday business for many years we decided it was time to find warmer climes. This brought us to the Costa del Sol and Nerja where we now live permanently.

Year purchased: 2007

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We bought this property in 2007 because we were highly impressed with the Urbanisation, the beautifully kept gardens and the high standard of the privately owned properties. Also the closeness of the attractive and generous size of the main pool with its connecting children´s pool and café/restaurant has been a particular bonus. In addition the Urbanisation has a second large pool close by.

Unique benefits of the property
It is a lovely warm and cosy apartment and as it is south facing it benefits from all day sun which is a big advantage in the winter time. We have, however, added a new retractable sunblind which offers shade from the sun and keeps the apartment cooler when the sun is high. If you enjoy eating out then the big advantage here is the number of restaurants within walking distance. For those wishing to pop into town, the local bus, which is very reliable, is just at the end of the road or for those who enjoy a walk the trip into town takes just 20 minutes. Here there are about 200 restaurants catering for all tastes.
