Sorry but this two floor house house is not suitable for wheelchair access or for people with limited mobility.

Large private walled garden with garden lighting. Outside brick built covered eating area. Outside sink, worktop and BBQ - ideal for outside cooking. Community pool a few meters from the front door. Outdoor loungers, parasol and chairs.
Coast/Beach
Albir beach 15 mins walk - pebbles with good selection of beach cafes. Sandy beaches of Benidorm 3km and Calpe 20 km. Bus stop at the end of the road - bus goes to beach or Benidorm.
Golf
Villa is within close driving distance to a number of golf courses. Villaitana 6km. Don Cayo, Altea 4km. Bonalba Alicante 30km. La Sella Pedreguer 25km. El Plantio Alicante 35km.
Special interest holidays
Great location for mountain walking, artisan community of Altea is only 3km - good selection of golf course nearby. Aqualandia, Terra Mitica and Terra Natura are only 8km. Bus stop at the end of the road - to beach and Benidorm.

A 30% deposit is required on booking and the full balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. Departure time is by 11am and arrival time from 4pm. The vacation of the property on time is very important to ensure that it is cleaned for the new arrivals. Deposit: £200 - refunded within 2 weeks of vacation of property.

We could be interested in a house swop - ideal location -Dorset/Hants/Berkshire/Surrey or other countries considered. Either one of our holiday homes - 1 bed apartment - this townhouse or our main 4 bed luxury villa - however it must be like for like.

About the owner
Recently early retired professional British owners, originally from Dorset, living close to this holiday rental property to assist as a when required. Terry is a very keen golfer and can organise games and reduced price green fees, plus tennis at local clubs. We are both foodies and can give good guides to the best restaurants in the area.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We bought this property as our holiday home because of its central location - it is walking distance to the beach and in the heart of Albir with its huge choice of great restaurants and bars. There is no need to hire a car as the public transport links to other towns are very good, Benidorm (3 miles), Altea (3 miles) Alfas del Pi (4 miles) plus Alicante and Valencia can be reach by public transport. The village resort of Albir is charming with all sorts of shopping, a new weekly market is planned in 2010, there are lots of restaurants and bars catering for all tastes and budgets. Villaitana golf with a stunning 36 holes is only a 10 minute drive, tennis, bowls, 10 pin bowling and fabulous coastal walks are on the doorstep. The lovely artisan town of Altea a 30 minute beach walk.
