Situated very close (only 100 metres) to the Mediterranean and to the warm, shallow, Mar Menor lagoon. Ideal for people who love the beach or water sports, and is pleasant all year round. The apartment is on the La Manga del Mar Menor, which has a great variety of bars, restaurants and cafes to choose from. Also close to the Tomas Maestro Marina, for sailing, or just to watch the world go by. The apartment is newly built, finished to a very high standard and privately owned. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can sleep up to 6 people. The apartment complex has an outdoor swimming pool, paddling pool and 'short' tennis court, all available for use by guests.

Murcia San Javier airport 30 mins drive. Alicante airport 1.5 hours drive. All the usual car hire operate from these airports. We can arrange local taxi transfers if you prefer. Good regular bus service up and down the La Manga strip.

Supermarket, beaches, beach bars within 300 metre walk. At end of La Manga strip 13km. Cabo de Palos fishing village 30 mins drive away, Cartegena market town 1 hour away.
