Heating and air conditioning. Private garages most useful when living by a popular beach. Ideal for all. Quiet and beautiful residence in a lively area of the Costa del Sol.
Accessibility
Good wheelchair access and ample space to manoeuvre. Lift directly from the garage.
Outside
The quiet, secluded and beautifully maintained tropical gardens with the large swimming pool are private for the residents and never crowded. Showers and lawns by the pool. Access to the residence is protected by gates and safely guarded. Coastal path down to the various beaches.
Coast/Beach
These flats are overlooking the beach, a 2 minute walk down the coastal path and you are on the beaches There are 4 small sandy beaches with some areas with pebbles, Malibu, La Viborilla, Benalnatura and La Caravella . The vast sandy beach of Benalmadena is within a 5 minutes drive. All beaches have beach bars including the nudist beach of Benalnatura opposite the apartments.
Golf
There are many golf courses in this area of Spain, within a short drive from the apartment. The nearest one is very recent and within 15 minutes walk from the apartment.
Travel
Driving time 20 minutes to Malaga airport. There is also a train from the airport to the local station of Torremuelle and regular buses into town outside the residence. A taxi from the airport costs £12/€18. Car hire is not essential and depends on the kind of holiday you want.
Distances
Driving time 10 minutes to Benalmadena town, Benalmadena Pueblo (the old village)or the Marina; 30 to Malaga; 60 to Granada, Neja and Ronda; 90 to Seville and the Sierra Nevada for skiing; 60 to Algesiras where you can sail to Morocco in 30 minutes. Several National parks within 1 hour's drive.
Further details
Beach restaurants, bank and supermarket within 5 minutes walk. The Casino and golf are within 15 minutes walk. Lots of bars, clubs, Night life, etc, by the Marina and on the Costa. Many theme and leisure parks for children and families too. There is a Spanish Language school within a 10 minutes drive of the apartment. The famous Puerto Banus where the rich and famous come and play is at a 30 minutes drive.
