Duplex was built in 2001 and situated in a quiet corner of the complex It is close to the swimming pools, including a small paddling pool, the beach is 400m away. Restaurants, bars and supermarkets within walking distance. There is also a naturist beach about 10 minutes drive away for those of you who wish to bare all.

Garrucha is an authentic fish town on Almeria's coast down to Mojácar. The Duplex is within a 5 minutes walk from the Prize-winner Blue Flag sandy beach, which runs from Vera Playa through to Mojácar Playa with many beach bars, restaurants, to enjoy as you stroll by. It possesses an extensive promenade from great beauty that emphasizes the marble balustrade.

Golf
Golf courses are scattered throughout the region and you will be ideally situated for access to these, including the Indiana Course on the Desert Springs golf resort, and Marina golf Mojácar, a new 18 hole, par 72 golf course of 5,464 meters, both offering a demanding challenge to any keen golfer.

Skiing
From end of October up to end of April there is also the possibility for Sierra Nevada skiing (136 km from Garrucha).

Travel
The duplex is in easy reach of Alicante, Murcia and Almeria airports. From Alicante and Murcia your transit time will be approximately one hour forty five minutes. Almeria will take only forty five minutes. All are serviced by good quality motorways.

Booking notes
Minimum rental charge is one weeks let with any number of additional days calculated at 1/7th of weekly rate per day. For long term lets, one month or more, or late availability booking, please enquire for discounted rates. We are flexible on start/end dates of lets but you must vacate by 10am on day of departure and access will not be possible before 3pm on arrival date. this is to allow time for cleaning and preparation of holiday home for next guests.
