On the ground floor there are two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and a bathroom. Both the bedrooms have patio doors leading onto a covered terrace. On the first floor there is a cloakroom, kitchen and lounge diner with sofa bed. The lounge diner has terraces front and back and the kitchen also exits onto the back south west facing terrace with views of the beautiful gardens. Both the terraces have tables and chairs. The larger rear terrace also has a roller sun shade. From this terrace there is a spiral staircase leading down to the paved garden. The garden gate leads into the communal garden with pool. The Villa comes fully equipped, including washing machine, but please bring your own beach towels. For your entertainment there is basic satellite TV and a music centre. Pedestal fans provide relief during summer and electric radiators for the winter. Nerja lies at the foot of the mountains at the eastern end of the Costa del Sol, 45 minutes from Malaga airport.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Big discounts available on long winter lets. 30% deposit required, balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. Property arrival and departure times are 3pm and 10am respectively.
Changeover day
Preferred changeover day is Saturday, but this can be flexible. Your accommodation is available from 2pm on the date of your arrival and needs to be vacated by 10am on the date of your departure.

Outside
The feature of the villa is the outside space. There are four terraces, the two terraces downstairs are covered and the two upstairs, between them have the sun from 10am until sunset. The front terrace has two chairs, round table and umbrella whereas the larger back terrace has an oval table, four chairs and a roller sun blind. There is also a tiled garden area which has the sun from late morning through to late evening. There is a stunning 40 sq.m. sun terrace on the roof, with sea and mountain views. Accessed via a spiral staircase from one of the fist floor terraces. Here the sun shines all day!! This area is furnished with sun loungers and an umbrella. The villa is on a small urbanization of 12 houses, the communal gardens are very established with many trees and exotic plants. The pool is usually available from April to October, but we have no jurisdiction over the exact dates. All the photos of the villa are recent.

Burriana beach is a seven minute walk away.
Travel
The property is a 45 minute drive from Malaga airport.
Distances
Nerja town centre is a fifteen minute walk.

Bookings are accepted by phone, fax or e-mail. A deposit of 30% is required at time of booking. The balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
