Sun terrace and outdoor shower with fabulous views overlooking 16th green and fairway of the championship golf course at The Mosa Golf and Sports Resort, Murcia. The villa has a large private garden and terrace area with private parking at the front and side of the house. It is fully air-conditioned and furnished to the highest standard. There are 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two bunk beds (sleeping 8 in total comfort). There are also 2 bathrooms and an open-plan kitchen and spacious living area. Satellite TV with Sky UK premium package. DVD player. Its only a very short walk to the plush club house which is a nice social area with excellent food and wine.

This is a very private and relaxing villa with the back patio and pool facing the 16th green and fairway of the championship golf course. It has private parking and there is good security at the resort. Air-conditioning.

Coast/Beach
15 mins away at the coast is San Javier, a traditional Spanish sea side resort and spa on the Mar Menor while the Costa Blanca coastline dotted with sandy beaches and the blue sea of the Med is just 20 minutes drive. The world health orginisation has recently crowned this small pocket of Spain as the healthiest place to live in Europe.
Golf
It doesn't get much better! For the golfers, this stunning 18 hole PGA championship course now in play has three distinct 9 hole themes and is an exciting challenge. There is also a terrific 9 hole par 3 golf course in play. There is a 60% discount on golf green fees for house guests (A huge saving for anyone interested in golf). To play golf on this magnificent course as the villa has full golf rights for four people. Approx charge per person is only 32 euros.
The PGA held the PGA European Pro Tour Championship final on Mosa Golf Course. It was shown on Sky Sports TV. A fantastic compliment to a course that was only 4 years old. This major event was televised to over 100 countries around the world
Travel
Location to Airports: a leisurely 50 minute drive from Alicante airport on the motorway or only 15 mins from San Zavier, Murcia Airport.
Distances
The historical city of Murcia is a short 15 minute drive. This fashionable city has great shopping (El Corte Ingles, Zara, Mango etc) and countless kerbside bars and restaurants and there are also plenty of historical sites to visit. 15 mins away at the coast is San Javier, a traditional Spanish sea side resort and spa on The Mar Menor while the Costa Blanca coastline dotted with sandy beaches and the blue sea of the Med is just 20 minutes drive.

Hi, My name is Brendan Moran and welcome to my beautiful villa at Mosa Trajectum on the Costa Calida about 15 mins from the beautiful city of Murcia. I live in not so sunny Ireland and love to get into the sunshine for a game of golf at the 18 hole championship course at Mosa. Fortunately I own two villa's (side by side) at Mosa. 242-14 and 242-15 both with 3 bedrooms sleeping 8 and with private pools. Why the owner chose a home in this location
I bought here specifically at Mosa as it is close to two airports Murcia (San Javier) only 15 mins drive and Alicante only 50 mins. In 2010 Murcia International Airport will open which will be only 10 mins from the Mosa resort. It is an extremely peacful and beautiful area and listed as the Healthiest area in Europe to live. Murcia was featured recently in The Sunday Times "Undiscovered Jewels Of Europe" series. The Mosa Resort is also the roomiest, best kept and best laid out private resort village in the Costa Calida. If you are considering renting, buying or retiring, then its the area to be in.
