Changeover day
Change over day is flexible. The property will be ready by 1400hrs on your day of arrival, and we ask that you vacate by 1030 am on the day of your departure. We will try to arrange early arrival & late stay when possible.

Kitchen: The kitchen as you would expect is both large and contains cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave etc.. From the kitchen you can gain direct access to the BBQ terrace.
Living Rooms: The beautiful living/dining room is equipped with - Sat TV, DVD & Music Centre. The dining area is also spacious. Patio doors lead onto the large sun terrace.

Full linen & towels are provided but we do request clients bring their own beach towels. Maid service is weekly additional service can be provided if required, this can be arranged at resort.

Notes on accommodation
The penthouse has the added advantage of both cool & warm air conditioning, making it suitable 12 months of the year.

Outside
The very large terrace is fully equipped, with sun loungers, reclining chairs, patio table & chairs, retractable blinds, and off course everyone's favourite the BBQ.

The residents only pool, has a very gradual walk in making it totally safe for young and old alike.

Coast/Beach
The beach resorts of Fuengirola, Los Boliches & La Cala are all less than 10 minutes drive. All have beautiful sandy beaches, all forms of water sports & the wonderful beach bar/restaurants.

Golf
The complex boasts 2 championship courses Los Lagos & Los Olivos, there are also numerous other top quality courses all close by.

Skiing
The Sierra Nevada Ski resort is less than a 2 hour drive, and is recognised as one of the friendliest and suitable for all level of skier.

Travel
Malaga airport is less than 30 minutes drive away.
