The apartment is comprised of 2 bedrooms. Along with a sofa bed the apartment offers accommodation for up to 6 people with all linen included. The apartment is fully furnished and has self catering facilities. Situated on the second floor, with easy access via stairs, the apartment has great views along the coast. The apartment is equipped with air-conditioning and ceiling fans so you should remain comfortable whatever the conditions. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, oven/grill, fridge, freezer and dishwasher including a washing machine and microwave so it offers all catering options. It also offers a cosy bar opening inwards the living room. A great pool is within the complex purely for the use of the residents and includes a separate paddling pool. A shop selling basic supplies is close at hand with supermarkets selling a wider range of goods nearby.

Coast/Beach
Pueblo Mascarat Beach is hardly a 2 minutes walk away. The beautiful and tranquil marina proliferated by the exotic restaurants and live 'n kicking bars is at 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

Travel
Alicante airport is approximately 60km (45 mins) south and Valencia approximately 120km (75 mins) north. The use of a car is recommended.

Distances
The lovely town of Altea is a 5-10 minute drive away, originally a fishing village, but now a bustling cosmopolitan town. There are restaurants and bars both along the promenade and within the town. Narrow lanes of white washed houses and gourmet restaurants wind up the hill to the cobbled square with bustling pavement cafes around the blue domed Church of La Virgin de la Conseulo.

Further details
There is a local supermarket within walking distance (seasonal) and a larger supermarket (Masymas) and cash point 0.5km distance. The Luis Campomanes marina with bars and restaurants is approximately 0.5km and a short walk away. Although the property is situated in a quiet residential area, there is easy access to many leisure facilities including golf, fishing, cycling, beaches, water sports, walking, spa facilities, restaurants, beautiful countryside and cultural visits.

The lovely town of Altea is close by and the hilltop fortress village of Guadalest is a short drive through stunning countryside. The city of Valencia offers lots to see and is well worth a visit. There are a number of attractions for children of all ages! These include a water park, Terra Mitica theme park and Safari park within a short drive away.

Booking notes
We would request that booking is confirmed by completion of a booking form and with a 25% deposit. The balance is payable 8 weeks before departure, along with a security deposit of £100. The keys will then be sent out and on their return the deposit refunded. The housekeeper will meet guests within 24 hours of arrival. A folder of relevant and useful information is available in the house.

Guest comments
The town house is spacious, light and decorated to a very high standard, its location was perfect, wonderful panoramic views of the surrounding area with private balconies so you can just relax and unwind. The shared pool is great for spending a quite day just chilling out but you are only 10 minutes from Altea or Calpe which has fantastic beaches and was fantastic for dining out either by the sea or in the very picturesque old part of Altea. We had a wonderful holiday and would recommend this house and location to anyone who wants to be able to relax and enjoy the sun but to be close enough to all local attractions so you can have the right mix of adventure and relaxation that any great holiday has to have to keep a family happy. - The Foys from Somerset.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
It is an absolutely fantastic location. Right at bottom of the famous Altea hills. A perfect place to have a holiday home. It is surrounded by picturesque mountains on one side and a calm beach on the other. Healthy food and clean air with right temperature and at least 300 days of sun. An ideal natural tranquilizer for longevity of life.

Unique benefits of the property
2 minutes walk from beach, 5 minutes walk from restaurants and serene marina. Community tennis court and a swimming pool. Terrace opens to Altea hills giving astounding view of sky high mountain.
