This is a 2 bedroom apartment, set within a large villa in it's own grounds, very private and secure. The apartment is on the ground level with full access to the pool and terraced area. Here you will find the BBQ and dining area, just the perfect spot to enjoy alfresco meals under the Mediterranean sky. There is a 8 x 4 kidney shaped pool, this is south facing, sun all day, during the summer months gets up to 32 deg. There are sun loungers, tables and chairs for that alfresco meal, large wooden pergola with furniture. Parasols for the shade when needed, and many terraced areas. Small private garden to sit and read, away from the pool if you wish to be alone. This is all set within a walled (very private not overlooked from any direction) pool and garden.

Changeover day
Booking is Saturday to Saturday, arrive 4pm. Departure day Saturday 10am. Flexible dates may be arranged to suit individuals needs and flights. Please discuss with the owner.

Linen, towels provide, but not beach towels (please respect ours and use your own towels for beach and pool). Linen and towels changed weekly. Cleaning done before arrival and on departure. |

Notes on accommodation
There is no sharing, this is for your own use only. There are ceiling fans fitted throughout the apartment, and mosquito nets to all windows to make sure of your comfort. We cannot stress it enough that the property and all that goes with it, will meet your needs.

This apartment has a few steps (3 in all) going out to the terraced area.
Outside
This as a 8 x 4 kidney shaped pool, this is south facing, sun all day, during the summer months gets up to 32 deg. Coast/Beach
From the villa you can walk through the vines down to the local cove approx 10 mins. We have 8 blue flag beaches, the nearest by car is Fustera 10 min, small sandy cove with a very good Spanish beach bar. The others nearest are located at Moraira 6km - very good local rest/bars. Calpe being 6km very large wonderful sandy beach and very safe. Both fantastic. Beaches/large promenade/rest/bars.
Golf
Javea 18 hole golf course is approx 20 mins drive (very good). Moraira 9 hole course is approx 10 mins drive.
Travel
Alicante airport 1 hr. Valencia 1.5 hrs. Car hire is needed.
Distances
Calpe - 6km supermarkets and lots of shops, bars, restaurants to many to name, all very good. Moraira - 6km supermarkets and shops (very up market), bars and restaurants all very good. Benissa 8km - lovely historical town with lots of history. Benidorm - 20km we all must have heard about this town, but not always in a good way, I have to say things have changed here, very good nightlife, bars, clubs, discos and of course the famous Benidorm Palace, dinner, dancing and show.
Further details
We do have small, local supermarkets that do cater for your needs, and stock a very good range of well known food from home, so you will not have to miss out. Also locally there is a family run restaurant (English) called La Fustera which does a very good Sunday lunch, this also has the English TV (football). Locally we have all the normal banks that you would need, it would be best to bring your euros with you, this way you will get a better exchange rate, believe me. There is a local bus service that runs between Calpe and Moraira every half hour each way. There will be lots of leaflets on local attractions for you in the apartment.

Upon receipt of a application, we will confirm when a 25% deposit as been received within 7 days. If deposit has not been received within the 7 days no guarantee can be made that the desired dates will remain available. The outstanding balance 8 weeks prior to departure date & bank cleared. To be sent on separate payment 150 Euro refundable security deposit, if all cleared with apartment manager after departure and no breakages, will be returned no later than 2 weeks.

About the owner
Apartment La Paleta is a privately owned delightful villa front line, detached south facing very private and secure, set within it's own mature Mediterranean well stocked gardens. Complete with kidney shaped pool. Located on the coastal road between Moraira 6Klm and Calpe 6Klm. We have enjoyed living here in La Paleta for 11 years and very happy. Please enjoy and respect our home. Local amenities within 3 miles are 8 blue flag beaches with water sports, fishing, boat trips, then of coarse golfing, tennis, horse riding and bowling all on offer for those who wish to be more active. While Benidorm with Terra Mitica, Mundomar, Terra Natura and the famous Benidorm Palace (largest stage in Europe) is only 30 min drive away. Travel from Alicante Airport by car 1 hr or Valencia 1hr 30 min.

With most holidays the first few days are waisted trying to find all the things that you need in your new locality, but with ourselves being here to assist that time can be put to a better use, i,e holiday time. so please don't be affraid to ask, we are here to help you enjoy your stay.

You will have the benifit of being very central to all your holiday requirments, beaches, resturants by the score,3 local towns Calpe (coast0, Moraira (coast) and Benissa (in-land) all within 6klm. If you wish to go exploring we can set you up with a Garmin Sat Nav and pre set it with places of interest this can take you in-land over the mountain range which surrounds our very pretty location.
