Casa Las Palmas is in a tranquil setting just outside the typical Spanish village of Jete. Located on the hillside and accessed from the main road along an approx. 200m partially concreted hillside track, (steep at the beginning). Sit and relax on one of the outdoor terraces, by the pool and palm trees whilst gazing at the stunning views of the tropical valley and the wonderful sunsets. Just a 15 mins drive through the tropical valley to Almunecar town which boasts lovely beaches and where you'll find many many shops, bars and restaurants. The house has a large outdoor covered terrace including patio table and chairs, stone seating area, portable barbecue, leading to spacious sunny paved terrace with gardens and 2 large palm trees to relax in the shade under, and beside the 6x4 pool with light. Surrounded by 10,500sqm of tropical fruit trees. Orange, lemon, satsuma, pomegranate, apple, fig trees and numerous grapevines close to the house. Additionally there is poolside seating area and furniture and sun loungers. Gated driveway. All with fabulous views of the mountains and tropical valley.
Coast/Beach
Beaches - Almunecar 15 mins various large beaches and small coves. Nerja 30 mins lovely coves and the very popular 'Burriana Beach'. Salobrena, longline beach 20 mins.
Golf
Golf is available at Motril, approx 30 mins. Others available further afield.
Skiing
Sierra Nevada ski resort is only approx 1½ hour.

The surrounding landscape is ideal for cycling and walking.
Watersports available at nearby La Herradura, 30 mins drive.
