One downstairs bathroom with bath, shower, handbasin and toilet and one upstairs shower room with handbasin and toilet. Lounge with French windows overlooking swimming pool and spectacular views of the mountains and olive groves. Fully equipped kitchen with original open fireplace, cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave and coffee maker. Large sun terrace and shuttered windows and beamed ceilings throughout. Notes on accommodation
Both houses fully centrally heated with woodburning fires so ideal for winter lettings. Also both houses have satellite television and CD-Players. Children most welcome. Free welcome pack of essentials provided including bread, spread, milk, cereal, cheese and wine.
Outside
Private swimming pool 10 x 5m. Beautiful covered outdoor leisure area comprising shower room, kitchen, bar and barbecue area. So you can have barbecues in winter, as well as summer, whatever the weather. Also there is a dartboard and other games in the bar, great fun for everyone! All outdoor furniture and loungers provided. Pretty garden with olive, lemon and orange trees and outside lighting. The property is easily accessed via a tarmac road.
Coast/Beach
40 minutes drive from the beaches of the Costa del Sol and Costa Tropical.
Golf
Nearest golf course 25 minutes away in Antequera. A beautiful old town also with a bull ring and stylish shops.
Skiing
The Sierra Nevada with skiing from November to March is about 1 hour's drive away.
Travel
40 minutes drive from Malaga Airport, 45 minutes drive from Granada Airport. Car hire essential.
Distances
Within walking distance of 3 restaurants, 5 minutes drive to Trabuco with full facilities, banks, shops, disco, etc. 45 minutes drive from Granada and the magnificent Alhambra Palace. Within 2 hours drive of Seville, Cordoba, Jerez, Cadiz, Jaen and Gibraltar, perfect for a cultural tour!
