Well appointed apartment with two bedrooms, one double, one twin, each with own bathroom. Front bedroom has spectacular views over the sea, with own balcony. The property is less than a mile from the centre of town. The living room is open plan and opens out onto the Balcony via patio doors. Sky TV, CD player, Video, and Radio are supplied. There is also a dining table and chairs which are next to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully fitted. The most enjoyable feature of the property is its huge terrace which is almost the size of the floor below. There are sunbeds, an umbrella, and a table and chairs. The spectacular view is truly panoramic overlooking the sea and mountains to the side which form part of the national Park. At night whilst enjoying a nightcap, you can see the atmospheric lights of Nerja. Access to the apartment is easy with parking alongside. The pool is 3 mins, shops and restaurant 150m.

Excellent local beaches. Largest being the famous Burriana beach, five minute drive. Good beach facilities, bars and restaurants. Aslo eight other local beaches, all within a 5 minute drive. There is also a local bus which runs every half hours round the town of Nerja.
Golf
Good 18 hole course within easy reach.
Skiing
In season the villa is 1 1/2 hrs drive from Sierra Nevada mountains for skiing and snowboarding.
Special interest holidays
Tennis club 2mins away with three excellent hard courts.
A coach is available if required. The Club has a bar and also serves coffee.
Travel
Nearest Airport Malaga, 50 minutes via new motorway. Car hire: the owners can recommend a well priced car rental company with direct pick up from Malaga Airport.
Distances
The villa is found at the top of Nerja town, close to the National park. A five minute car ride takes you to all the facilities and town centre, with the famous Balcon de Europa where you can refresh yourself whilst admiring the magnificent views. A ten minute drive away is the famous white village of Frigliana. The amazing Caves of Nerja at Maro.
Further details
There are restaurants, bars and shops close by and a regular bus service runs to and from Nerja town and the beach.
