This apartment is an ideal retreat for a holiday away from the hustle and bustle, yet only 40 minutes drive from lively Benidorm. The local town of Teulada, 1km away, provides good everyday shopping and banking. This beautiful area boasts spectacular scenery, lovely beaches, historic and interesting towns and villages, with plenty of restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets.

Large communal pool and small children's pool, see photograph, flat approach within approximately 50 metres from property. Locked wcs/changing at pool. 2 tennis courts adjacent to the pool.

Coast/Beach
The whole area has very safe beaches for children, plus many sandy coves. There are ideal beaches for snorkeling, windsurfing and scuba diving, such as Portet. Moraira with its 600-berth marina or Javea with its port and historic features. Both Javea and Caple have long sandy beaches.

Golf
Javea Golf Club 15 minutes drive to the North. Oliva Nova 45 mins drive.

Travel
Alicante and Valencia airports are both approximately an hour's drive. Car hire is essential. Single track train runs from Alicante to Denia in the North stopping at Teulada.

Distances
Teulada is 1.5km from the property approximately 20 minutes up and down an incline across a single track road, 2.5km by main road. There are a selection of restaurants, banks, bars, shops, chemists and medical centre. Moraira is 10 minutes drive from the property with many bars and restaurants for all tastes in the town and surrounding areas.

Further details
Most local towns such as Moraira, Benissa, Calpe, Teulada and Javea feature regular street markets. There is a go-karting track on the road between Teulada and Moraira. Moraira also has a fun fair and many festivals especially Moros and Cristianos in June and throughout the region during the year. Moraria also has a Theatre/Arts Centre. Pleasure ferries run between Denia, Javea, Calpe and Benidorm.

Booking notes
Prices are quoted in UK pounds for the apartment per week for 4 people, add an additional £25 per week supplement per person, a maximum of 5 people plus 1 baby allowed. Booking will be sent on application. £100 deposit to secure booking, balance payable 4 weeks prior to start of holiday. £100 refundable breakages deposit required with balance returned within 2 weeks of end of holiday subject to any breakages. Personal liability insurance is not covered.

British owner who likes to have the opportunity to relax in a welcoming environment just like home with the sun, sea and wonderful views. I like to be able to put the pace of a working life out of mind as soon as I land at the airport.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
British owner since 2002 who purchased the property following several trips to the Costa Blanca region for 6 years. Several of my friends also bought in the region, who like me enjoy the mixture of beach and rural environs all easily accessible with the myriad of restaurants to try in and around the area. Coach trips are easy to arrange from Moraira taking you to such historical places as Al Hambra and Jerez. The property is near halfway between Alicante and Valencia airports providing the option to get the best deal on flights being only approximately 2hrs from Gatwick, Stanstead and Heathrow.

Unique benefits of the property
The pool is only approximately 50 metres away on a comparatively flat walk albeit far enough away from any noise so that no afternoon siestas are interrupted. The panoramic views are always on the move, whether it is the farmers tending the orange groves, vines or olives by day or the lights from Moraira and the fishing vessels on the sea at night.
