There is a dining room, kitchen and utility room with washing machine. Master bedroom with a lovely view to wake up to in the mornings. There is a bathroom with bath and spacious shower. 3 more large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms Outside there is a private pool and BBQ. At the back of the house. and to the side, is a lawned area, and beyond is green belt land. Internet access available.

Great location to get to lots of fabulous places. 10 minutes drive to sandy Arenal beach with restaurants, shops, bars etc. 10 minutes drive to Javea old town with lovely, typical Spanish 'ambiance', old church, narrow streets and weekly market. 10 minutes drive to stunning Javea port - just sit and relax sipping a coffee (wine) and watch the world go by watch the boats out at sea. Enjoy Life! Short drive to other sandy beaches(Moraira) and beautiful coastal coves.

Alicante 90 kilometres about 1 hour/1 and a quarter hours.

Altamar is a super complex, close to the sandy Arenal beach. We have lots of clients returning as it is such a convenient position and the complex is so lovely.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We bought this villa because it is extremely spacious, all the rooms are very good sizes. It is also a nice quiet area and is in a great location to get in and out of Javea and to lots of places, as well as Javea itself- beaches, Old Town and port. The villa is quite special. It is an older style, everybody is quite amazed when they walk in because of the space. The Living Room is delightful with it's high ceiling. I looked at loads of villas and this was definitely the nicest.
