121 Los Granados De Cabopino is a 5 Star Premium development located within a very exclusive residential area, with direct access to the beach, only 5 minutes walk to the port, it is a gated development with 24 hour security, there are 4 swimming pools, 1 indoor and 3 outdoor, 2 of which are for adults and the other for small children. It has it's own private bar for residents with internet access, 4 tennis courts, gym, sauna, steam room, beautiful landscaped gardens. The apartment is circa 2200 sq feet.

Changeover day
Preferred changeover day is Friday but we are reasonably flexible, we would like you to leave the apartment no later than 1 pm, if your flight is later you can store your luggage in the storage room beside the car space in the car park.

Bathrooms: Ensuite bathrooms off the master & bedroom 2, the main bathroom is off the hallway, all have wc's, bidet, pumped showers & baths, complete with all accessories.
Kitchen: Kitchen seats 4 persons, all units are integrated, double oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher.
Utility Room: Separate Utility off the kitchen, complete with separate sink and washing machine.
Living Rooms: Large Living Room come Dining Room, TV, Video, 3 & 4 seater couches, dining table seats 8 persons.
Other: The terrace has is enclosed with curtain glazing and can be open or closed, it is approx 700sq ft, it has its own garden furniture, dining table and chairs and bar, barbecue, with access to the master and bedroom 2.

linen/maid service:
Towels for use within the apartment are included, linen is changed after each visit.

Skiing
The Sierra Nevada mountain range is a two and half hours drive from the apartment.

Travel
The airport is 40KM from the apartment and takes 30 minutes on the motorway, a taxi will cost between €50 - €60 euro, car hire will cost approx €300 per week high season. We have a cabriolet 230 CLK Mercedes for hire €300 per week to drivers with a full drivers licence which is located in the underground car park at the apartment.

Distances
From the apartment to the centre of the port is 1 KM, the nearest shopping centre is Calahonda, walking 1 KM, to the centre of Marbella is 10KM.

Further details
The port has 10 restaurants, catering for all needs, there are over 10 bars in the port and square where all the children congregate at night time to play. At the port you can do sea fishing or book all types of water activities, hair dressing salons etc. Calahonda caters for all your shopping requirements, banking, restaurants, laundry, pharmacy etc.

Booking notes
On booking we need all your details, the number of persons staying, we prefer if the bookings are Friday to Friday, 20% deposit on booking and the balance 4 weeks prior to departure. If you require the car hire you will give our representative €300 per weeks hire.
