Our 2nd floor south facing apartment consists of living/dining area with patio doors leading onto balcony with south facing terrace overlooking 2 superb large communal pools set amongst lush tropical gardens with extensive mountain views to one side and sea views to other. Private secure Underground parking with private lift taking you right to the door of the apartment. Pego is situated just 5 miles inland of the coastal resort of Denia which boasts plenty of restaurants, marina and beaches etc. Pego itself is a small typically Spanish town which has plenty of shops, tapas bars and restaurants including Bar Loma serving an extensive mixture of Mediterranean dishes with beautiful outdoor courtyard. There are numerous supermarkets, banks, bakeries nearby and weekly markets selling local produce.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment boasts both air-conditioning/heating and also has video intercom so you can see who are you are letting into the building. I have also included a selection of books for reading and board games and videos to browse and use.
Outside
The south facing terrace overlooks the 2 swimming pools with outside shower, set in landscaped gardens in a small secure complex with underground parking. Views from the terrace are of magnificent mountains and distant sea views. Also overlooking children's play area, football sand pitch and basket ball just outside the apartment.
Coast/Beach
There is a good choice of nearby beaches with Oliva beach being the closest which is approximately a ten minute drive from the apartment.
Golf
The very popular La Sella and Oliva golf courses are approx 10km from the apartment.
Special interest holidays
Especially suited to walkers and cyclists.
Travel
Choice of 2 airports including Valencia and Alicante. Both airports approximately 1 hour to apartment. Alicante being the more popular airport with a wider range of airports to travel from with cheap flights all year round! Car hire is advised but airport transport can be arranged at an additional cost.
Distances
Javea which is very popular with holiday makers (approx 30 mins drive).
Benidorm is approx 40 minutes by car which has excellent water parks, wildlife parks and fun parks.
Further details
Safari Park in El Verger, just outside of Pego (10 mins drive).
Go karting in Oliva and other places nearby. Club de tennis nearby. Scuba diving in Calpe, Javea and many other places.
Numerous markets inc Huge car boot/market every Sat/Sun in El verger, 10 mins drive. Excellent choice of beaches at nearby Oliva or Denia (approx ten minutes drive). Benidorm is approx 40 minutes by car which has excellent water parks, wildlife parksand fun parks. Lots of towns inc Javea, Altea, Moraira and Calpe well worth a visit! Local market every Thursday in Pego.

Security deposit of £100 required. Repaid within 7 days after the property has been checked and no damage has occurred. Deposit 20% payable on booking, with balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival, meet and greet on arrival. Welcome pack provided inc basics milk, bread water etc. Extras available at extra costs. Hire of children's equipment at an extra charge. Other apartments available for family/group bookings.

Myself and my family have just recently moved back to England after spending two fantastic years in Spain and now spend most of our holidays in Pego.

The reason for buying our property in this area is for the choice of local amenities, including good choice of restaurants and tapas bars, local banks and shops, the proximity to the lovely beaches and the choice of locations within easy travelling distance giving a good choice of either a quiet relaxing holiday or a busy family holiday.
Unique benefits of the property
Our property is relatively new as they were only built approximately 2 years ago and boast beautiful mountain views all around and is set amongst orange groves and on a clear day you have a sea view from the balcony. You have the choice of two large communal pools set amongst lush tropical gardens and within walking distance to the local typically Spanish town of Pego with its markets selling fresh produce and anything else you may need.
