Beautiful and convenient location, 4 kms from Javea and Moraira beaches.Very large and spacious Villa on level plot, suitable for children/ wheelchair users, and the elderly. All on one level, 3500sq metres of landscaped private garden. 420sq metre house. 3 seperate lounge areas, perfect for 1 or 2 families sharing. not on an urbanisation, so not overlooked. electric gate entry. Parking for 4 cars. Village supermarkets and bars just 2 minutes away. Families only. The owners live to the side of the property, and do not overlook the house or gardens or intrude on any holiday makers privacy.

Notes on accommodation
From the main Lounge area, there are 2 double bedrooms (both rooms sleeps 3) with shared bathroom. The large equipped kitchen and utility room divide the house. Lounge 2 has 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 with bunk beds)and shared walk in wet room suitable for the disabled with grab rails. There is also a large wet room/toilet access from garden.
The large enclosed Naya serves as the 3rd Lounge and dining area. The villa has quality furnishings throughout, comfortable sofas and plenty of dining areas. The naya dining room table will seat 10 people around it with plenty of room.

Accessibility
The villa has easy level access with secure electric gates and off road parking for up to 4 cars. Spacious terracing surrounds the villa, making it safe for children and the elderly or disabled, the pool sides are raised.The gardens are beautifully divided into interesting areas, with lots of places to relax. There is a large romantic 10 seater cabana in the garden and a lawned area with a double swing for children. Altogether there are 4 different dining areas outside with gas BBQ facility.

Outside
The large pool is 11 x 7 with roman steps and raised corona, with plenty of terrace space for sunbathing.
The garden is situated south and has maximum sunlight time all the year round. All the dining areas outside are sheltered offering much needed shade in the hot summer.

Coast/Beach
The villa is just 5 minutes drive from the Arenal in Javea on the Costa Blanca it is a safe clean sandy beach in beautiful surroundings. The beach is in a bay between the Cabo San Martin and the Cabo San Antonio.
The Arenal beach in Javea is a perfect place for families, with a fabulous promenade dividing the beach and bars/restaurants.
4kms away is also another fantastic beach, Moraira traditionally Spanish. Benitachell also has a fab beach Cala Moraig...3 beaches and all just 4kms away

Golf
Golfing activities can be found within 2 minutes drive of the villa at Javea Golf Club situated between Benitachell and Javea and is open all year round. The course is a 9 hole, par 72 and 3,035 metres. The course is easy to play and relatively flat. Other facilities include: driving range, putting green, heated swimming pool, club bar and restaurant. La Sella Golf Club is 15 minutes drive inland near the village of Jesus Pobre. The course has 18 holes, par 72 and is 6,029 metres. The course although flat has many trees and water obstacles. This is a private members club open to the public. Facilities include: driving range, putting green, motorised trolleys, club bar, lounge bar, restaurant and swimming pool. Both Javea and La Sella clubs have tennis and squash courts. Within a half hour drive north in Oliva is Oliva Nova Golf Club, designed by Seve Ballesteros. This testing course 18 holes, par 72 and 7,050 metres. The club has a shop, driving range, restaurant, swimming pool.

Travel
The closest airports to Benitachell are Alicante El-Altet (ALC) and Valencia-Manises (VLC). Buses, car hire or taxi are available from the airport make transferring from the flight to your Benitachell accommodation easy. EasyJet, RyanAir and Monarch have the best deals on cheap flights to Benitachell.

Distances
Benitachell is approximately an hours drive north of Alicante Airport. The route is very easy on the motorway, with a 10 minute drive from the exit to the villa. Google map directions are sent with all reservations.

Further details
The villa is managed by the owners,who live on site in a private annexe to the side of the property so are close at hand for any problems. The annexe does not overlook the property/pool or garden and does not intrude on holiday makers privacy. We provide a meet and greet service. Pre-holiday shopping for your groceries and drinks can be arranged before your arrival. Welcome packs are provided.
All shopping conveniences, supermarkets/banks/markets/bars/restaurants etc are all within 2 minutes drive away.
The villa is in a very easy location for all destinations on the Costa Blanca, but private and quiet and just far enough away from the busy beaches.
1/2 an hour south of Benitachell is Benidorm, with lots of theme parks/safari parks and water parks.
For those that want to explore the spectacular scenery, driving or walking, the area has so much to offer, and having lived here for nearly 9 years we can offer advice of what to do and where to go.
A car is essential, and again we can advise of local hire companies if required.
A daily housekeeping service can be provided at a small extra cost.
Evening Family meals can also be provided on site as an optional extra.

If you are travelling with children we can help you with some extras to make your stay more comfortable and for the following equipment to be at the villa. Please be sure to book well in advance

Cot hire: 35 Euro for the 1st week and 15 Euro for subsequent weeks.

High chair hire: 20 Euro

Buggy/Pram Hire: 28.50 Euro

Car seats (0-4 years): 25 Euro

Booster seats: 10 Euro

Avent steriliser: 20 Euro

4 x A/C unit: @ 50 Euro per unit x 7 days ( 200 € for 4 units )

Beach towel: 10 Euro (per towel per booking)

Booking notes
Bedlinen and bath towels are provided. Please bring your own pool/beach towels. A 40% deposit is required on booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to rental start date together with a refundable deposit against damage and excess cleaning of 300 euros. There is an extra charge for the use of the air-conditioning/heating. (50 euros per unit per week ). NB: Booking deposits/balances are paid by bank transfer to Spain including any bank charges.

About the owner
What can we say. We love Benitachell! After 8 years living here, we wouldn't be anywhere else. Surrounded by 3 fab beaches and choices of where to eat, we really are spoilt. Just 5 minutes drive inland we have fantastic mountains to explore with historic castles, traditional markets and all year round fiestas, literally the village firework displays seen from our villa are spectacular. What we love is the chilled atmosphere everywhere, to sit with fabulous scenery and right by the sea with a Vino Blanco or a cafe con leche. For old or young, this area has it all. This area is truly family orientated, no high rise apartments or hotels here with noisy clubs. Its all manana manana!

We bought this property because of the location, just on the outskirts of a beautiful village surrounded by mountains..the area is so green, and the access to the surrounding towns is very easy and conveniant...for us the costa blanca north area is the most scenic so close to the sea...having mountains greenery and sea ticked all the boxes !!

Unique benefits of the property
Our property offers a feel of ruralness without being remote. The villa looks up to the Cumbre del sol mountain (easterly) and to the village church (westerly) and gives us privacy without being overlooked..yet 2 minutes away the village has supermarkets and restaurants and 5 minutes drive lots of fabulous beaches to choose from.
