This enchanting square with its magic touch (an orange tree which comes out of a palm tree) is accessed from the Callejon del Agua (water alley) which follows the garden walls of the Alcazar, the magnificent Moorish palace. 10 mins from the bull ring and the river; 5 mins from the Casa de cultura, which offers daily flamenco shows at reasonable prices and surrounded by great restaurants and tapas bar.

Booking notes
For the reservation it will be required to pay a deposit of 100 euros and the 50% of the total rent. The rest of the rent will be paid cash when the visitor arrive. The deposit will be paid back at the end of the stay and once the owner had inspected the apartment.

I bought this apparment because I love the Barrio Santa Cruz where I was born. The pedestrian streets make it very comfortable, I got rid of my car last year and I am very happy about it.
