Casa Nido is located in one of the most stunning positions in Spain's Costa Blanca just a few steps from the old village of Guadalest, a fortress built by the moors over 1,200 years ago. Casa Nido is a beautifully furnished and comfortable apartment with 2 double bedrooms, a lounge dining room with open plan kitchen, a bathroom and separate wc with wash basin. This is an ideal venue for two couples, a small family or as a little rural romantic haven for a couple. This apartment is available for both short and long term rental or you may wish to combine a stay here with a stay at one of our other properties down the mountain and nearer the Costa Blanca coast and beaches.

Main season changeover days Saturday but please enquire if you need alternative days. Arrival time 16.00-20.00hrs. Departure 10.00hrs - to allow our housekeeping staff to prepare for the next guests.

If you want to further explore the area near to Casa Nido is approximately 25km, or 30 minutes drive, to the coastal towns of Villajoyosa, Benidorm, Altea and Calpe.

Special interest holidays
Guadalest is a fascinating village with many shops and museums and a good selection of restaurants as well as a municipal swimming pool that is open from the end of June to the beginning of September. This is an ideal location for walking in the beautiful mountainous countryside or by the Lake. The village also offers the most spectacular views and is well known for hand made lace handkerchiefs which can be found on sale in the town and can be purchased directly form the local women who produce them. Other locally produced craftwork items to be found in the town are embroidered ponchos, headdresses (tocas) and shawls (chales) typical of the region. If you want to further explore the area near to Casa Nido is approximately 25km, or 30 minutes drive, to the coastal towns of Villajoyosa, Benidorm, Altea and Calpe. By the coast you can pursue water sports and inland there is the opportunity for mountain bike riding and horse riding.
Travel
Alicante is the nearest airport with Valencia a little further away.
Booking notes
20% deposit is required on confirmation of booking. A returnable security deposit of £400 is required. Weekly prices include linen and bath and hand towel hire, gas, electricity, welcome pack and local representation. Pool/beach towels are not provided. Sorry, no pets allowed. The complimentary welcome pack is comprehensive and includes champagne, red and white wine, beers, crisps, fresh bread, butter, ham, cheese, tea, coffee, fresh milk, sugar, water and sweeties for children.
