If your holiday is during the months November to March you could try out the skiing, just 2 hours drive and you could be enjoying the slopes. Many enjoy skiing in the morning and return to the beach for the afternoon. Mojacar has a shopping centre offering local arts and crafts plus you could treat yourself to a designer handbag! Accessibility
This property is situated on three levels, this includes the roof terrace, so this would need to be taken into account if a member of your party has mobility problems.
Outside
The swimming pool is 8 x 4m, in the deep end the depth is 6 feet, and in the shallow end the depth is 2 feet. The swimming pool is cleaned weekly. The swimming pool can be accessed by tiled Roman steps in the shallow end or by metal steps in the deep end. There is also a built in seat in the swimming pool. The surrounding terrace is made from local stone. There are three large palm trees and many colourful plants surrounding the pool. Poolside shower. The villa is accessed through large gates, sufficient off road parking for two cars. A drive takes you to a second gate this leads to Lazybones and the private pool area. Outside you will find sunbeds and chill-out seating area, also you have a barbecue area, up on the roof terrace you will find a dining area, this has wooden table and chairs. Outside the living room and dining room you will find metal table and chairs, plus metal table and chairs in the pool area.
Coast/Beach
The beach is situated 150m from Lazybones. Mojacar prides itself in 7km of beautiful sandy beaches. The coastline of the surrounding area is protected by the most stunning back drop, mountains that are part of the natural park Cabo de Gata, Mojacar has a very strict planning control, therefore the skyline has been protected from ugly high rise. Tucked high on the hill is the beautiful white washed village of Mojacar, this has a viewing area where you can enjoy the coastline.
Golf
Mojacar offers several golf courses and Desert Spring, the only desert golf course in Europe is only 30 minutes drive away.
Travel
Almeria Airport 45 mins by car. Murcia Airport 1 hour 30 mins by car. Allicante Airport 2 hours by car. Private car pick up can be arranged at additional cost, please ask for prices.
