The house is located in a quite residential area with spectacular views of the popular town of Sant Feliu de Guixols and Sant Pol bay with it's golden sandy beach. All year round Sant Feliu is a traditional Catalan coastal town which has numerous leisure and cultural activities, in addition to maintaining the town's most deeply-rooted traditions. Thanks to it's pleasant, temperate climate, it is an ideal place for relaxing at any time of the year offering pleasant walks to it's centre and sandy beaches. Explore the exclusive beach of Sa Conca and other beautiful bays and beaches of Platja D'Aro, Sant Antoni and Palamos. The Pyrenees are only a short drive away. Tapas, fresh fish, salads and grilled meats are typical dishes, many charming restaurants serve three courses with wine and coffee, at fantastic prices. All types of water sports including a large water park, golf, cycling etc are all available here. Great shopping and nightlife for all tastes can also be found nearby.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in euros. 20% deposit required at time of booking and the balance due 60 days before arrival. Late offers available. Shorter term lets may be available off season at only 100 euro per night with a minimum stay of 3 nights.
Changeover day
Changeover day in July and August is Saturday. Outside this period, the changeover day is flexible. Normal arrival time is after 4pm and departure time is 10am. Off peak season - short term rates available on request.

Coast/Beach
Banish your perception of the Costa Brava's beaches as package tour hell and enjoy some beautiful beaches surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, and little coves tucked away among green pine trees. On a coast characterised by rocky coves. Only a short distance from the house, you can experience the beautiful bay of Sant Pol which enjoys a number of front line chic restaurants at realistic prices.
Golf
Are you a golf lover? Do you like challenges? Then you must pack your golf clubs. 10 top class golf courses in the Costa Brava to test your skills, a great climate. One of the best courses in Spain, the PGA Golf de Catalunya, has hosted European PGA Tour events including the Spanish Peugeot Open in May 2000. The Sarazen World Open Championship was played there in October 1999 and that year, the course was host to the European Seniors Qualifying School. Already a new entry into Europe's top 10 courses, PGA Catalunya is certain to rise into the top five or even higher in the near future. PGA Catalunya Golf Course can only be described as magnificent. Built in the Girona mountains, it has beautiful green fir, scrub and purple heather lining most fairways. The fairways and greens are American stadium in design with water hazards and boarded island greens.
Skiing
Only 1.5 hours drive away and you can spend the day skiing or boarding on the beautiful slopes of the Pyrenees. Day passes are cheap along with equipment to hire, so why not enjoy a great day on the slopes and then stop off and sample the hospitality of one of the many country restaurants on route back.
Special interest holidays
Figueres and the Dalí Museum: in the district of the Baix Empordŕ is Figueres, the capital of the Alt Empordŕ, best known for it's Dalí Theatre-Museum. In recent years, Figueres has extended it's range of services with a large commercial area comprising the streets of the town centre, which also contains the Dalí Theatre-Museum, one of the most visited in Catalonia.
La Selva - Thermal Waters: La Selva is the water region par excellence! In the region of La Selva, there are diverse health spas, such as Vichy Catalan and El Prats in Caldes de Malavella, the health spa of Les Termes Orion, in Santa Coloma de Farners and El Magma, a thermal leisure centre, also in Santa Coloma de Farners.
Girona: Capital of the province founded by the Romans, Girona’s old town conserves some of Catalonia’s finest historical remains, medieval walls, Romanesque and Gothic monuments, Baroque buildings and one of Europe’s best - preserved Jewish neighbourhoods, Art Museum and a Jewish History Museum.
Travel
Girona Airport is the closest being less than 30 minutes drive, a main hub of Ryanair. Car hire is available but not essential. Barcelona Airport allow 1 1/2 hrs.

Our district has a network of high-quality nautical services offering visitors a wide range of possibilities for doing water sports, making cruises or following courses. All the towns along the coast have a large number of companies offering all types of services related with the sea. You can hire any kind of boat to sail alone or with a skipper, go scuba-diving or snorkeling, do underwater observation with or without a guide, kayaking, windsurfing, water-skiing or jet-skiing, take a sailing course, go fishing The range of possibilities is immense.
Air: The beauty of our coastline, already evident from the land, becomes an even more wonderful sight when viewed from the air. Our district has a network of high-quality air services offering visitors a wide range of possibilities for doing air sports, making cruises or following courses. Today, anyone has the chance to do just that in an ultra light (delta wing), helicopter or balloon. The most daring of you have the option to do parachute jumps.
Garrotxa Volcanic Area: The distance from the house to the Garrotxa district is some 80 kilometers. There we find the Natural Park of the Garrotxa Volcanic Area, the finest example of volcanic landscape in the Iberian Peninsula and one of the most interesting in Europe. The park occupies some 12,000 hectares, within which 38 volcanic cones have been counted, in addition to many other elements of geomorphological, biological and cultural interest.
Barcelona: The Catalan capital is approx 100 km, reached by public transport (train or coach) or by car via the A-7 motorway. An outstanding cosmopolitan city with it's unquestioned focal point of Gaudí’s architecture, the Cathedral, the Sagrada Família (Holy Family Temple), the Rambla and Gothic Quarter to name a few.
Booking notes
Bookings are made through the owners. A 20% deposit secures the booking, the remainder to be paid 6 weeks prior to holiday. The rentals are non-refundable in the event of cancellation unless we are able to re-let in which case there will simply be an administrative charge. A cash bond is required upon your arrival of 200 euros, which will be returned in full by the owner at the end of your holiday. In the unlikely event of a major breakage, we will discuss with you using a portion of the bond.
