This fabulous, spacious villa is just a few minutes walk from sandy beaches and the bustling yacht marina of Benalmadena. Situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac, yet just a few minutes walk to shops, restaurants, bars and many attractions. The villa is fully equipped to a high standard and has many special features. There is a private heated pool; games room with pool table; Jacuzzi; secluded roof top solarium; BBQ; table tennis; dart board; satellite TV; large comfortable living areas and patios and terraces with either sun or shade. The villa will easily sleep up to 14, but for most privacy a maximum of 8 adults is preferable. Within easy distance are many local tourist attractions such as the Sea Life Centre, Tivoli World, AquaPark and the Marine Centre. There is lots to keep you amused and no need to hire a car unless you want to go further afield!

Notes on accommodation
The villa is idea for family groups and for golfers - the bedrooms are well spaced and there is plenty of room. The local facilities suit all age groups and are easy to get to!
Outside
The 40ft terrace overlooks the private swimming pool and gardens. The courtyard has table tennis and a brick barbecue with covered eating area. There are plenty of patio chairs and sunbeds and more importantly, plenty of space to find either sun or shade!
Coast/Beach
The sandy beach and yacht marina are a few minutes walk.
Golf
There are loads of golf courses available along the coast and the villa is ideally situated whether you are a group of golfers or golfers travelling with family. If you are interested we can arrange discounts at a selection of the golf clubs.
Skiing
Skiing is available about 1.5 hours drive away.
Travel
Malaga airport is a 15 minute drive.

Nearest supermarket and chemist are less than 5 minutes walk.
Further details
Local restuarants are about 5 minutes walk away - about 10 minutes walk will give you a wide selection down at the marina or in our local town.
