We are flexible with changeover days and times, and will try our best to accommodate.

We have a large family ranging from 0-56 years and have spent many happy and comfortable holidays at the apartment. The pool is surrounded by a secure fence and stairwells are well lit in the evenings.

Accessibility
The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor, with both lift and stair access, securely gated both on the exterior of the complex as well as the door to the block.
Outside
The complex, Brisas del Almerimar enjoys tennis courts, swimming pools and a pool side bar and shop; ideal for lazy days by the pool. If you prefer the beach or just want to enjoy a stroll to the marina, the beach is located around 200m from the apartment. This clean and delightful beach enjoys several bars and restaurants en route to the marina, along the well maintained and scenic promenade.

A 25 minute journey along the motorway will take you to the main town of Roquetas de Mar, where you will also find beautiful beaches with lots of exciting water sports and activities to suit all ages.
Golf
The famous Gary Player golf course is only a short walk away.
Skiing
The apartment enjoys a beautiful back drop to the Sierra Nevada mountain range, where after a 1.5 hour drive, you could be skiing down the slopes.
Travel
Almerimar can be reached by flying to either Almeria airport (35km) or Malaga (190km) which are both served by budget airlines (Easyjet/Bmi baby/Ryanair). Almerimar is very easy to drive to from both airports. The straight forward journey from Almeria takes around 25 minutes and transfers can be arranged upon request. Car hire is also available at both airports with local and international companies.
Distances
There is convenient access to the Motorway and other attractions such as shopping and go-carting. A 25 minute journey along the motorway will take you to the main town of Almeria with its designer shops or the fabulous Grand Plaza shopping centre of Roquetas de Mar. Here you will also find beautiful beaches, an Aqua Park and an Aquarium.
