This south facing 3 bedroom villa offers home from home facilities within a rural Spanish environment. It has a comfortable lounge diner, substantial kitchen and equipment, 4 piece bathroom suite, large undercover terrace area, peaceful private swimming pool and large driveway with parking for 3-4 cars. The villa is located a short walk from the nearby villages with local restaurant and a large outdoor public swimming pool. It's also only a short car journey to the bigger towns, city of Alcoi and the many beaches on the Costa Blanca Coast.

Changeover day
Changeover will be Saturdays only during the summer (July and August only). On your arrival keys maybe collected at 3.30pm and on your departure the villa must be vacated by 10.30am at the latest.

Outside
The villa is set in 1 acre of it's own fenced land and gardens. Private pool 8m x 4m with Roman steps for easy entry, jacuzzi bed for relaxation and a breakfast table to eat/drink whilst cooling off in the hot summers.(pool only usable from last week in April through to the 1st week October, these are approx time). Plenty of patio area and garden furniture for sunbathing and enjoying the breath taking views. Seasonally, there are many different fruit and nut trees in the garden and surrounding areas.

Coast/Beach
Beaches are Alicante approx 45 mins, Jeava 35 mins, Benidorm, Gandia and Oliva 50 mins. All are beautiful beaches and kept very clean.

Golf
There are many golf courses on the coast of Costa Blanca and Costa Azahar approx 30 - 50 mins.

Travel
You can fly to Alicante 50 mins drive or Valencia airport approx 1hr 20 mins drive.

Distances
Tollos village is very quaint village with a restaurant built in the old school house 5 mins walk, Bar restaurant called "Le Squirol" very nice food, Spanish owners and speak English. Local swimming pool open June to September, 5 aside football court and childs play area. Plenty of wonderful places to stroll in the evenings or take a real hike.

Further details
Fecheca 5 mins drive appox 2.5km again very beautiful with a local shop. Alcoy city, Concentaina and Muro 20-25 mins drive with everything from Chinese food, pizza cafes, Tapas bars, Hypermarkets, cinemas and a local weekly market. Alcoy old town is well werth a nice stroll around. Bocairent with its lovely little winding streets, cave bars, ancient cave dwellings and lovely walk to the old monastery which over looks the town. Jalon valley and the large Saturday market held at Jalon, while your there try the local wines at the winery very good value. Approx 25 mins drive. Benidorm has the beach, bars, restaurants, night clubs, water park, theme park, zoo, golf course, shops and more approx 50 mins drive. There is an information board at the villa with lots more places of interest and places to visit.

Booking notes
Payment in full 8 weeks before your departure date.
Security deposit £150 (payable by cheque or bank transfer with in 10 days of placing your booking). Security deposit will be returned on a damage inspection of the villa after your departure, then the deposit will be returned.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
I bought the villa due to the idyllic location and the wonderful views, walks and the general ambiance of the villa. Also to experience rural/traditional Spain yet not be to cut off from the larger towns and city. The villa although 20 mins drive from the main larger towns, location and access is very easy.

Unique benefits of the property
Not all properties can offer the quiet chilled out lifestyle that Tollos and the surrounding area offers or should I say the slower way of life. You could see all sorts of wild life birds (eagles if your very lucky), Lynx, rabbits, foxs, parrots, wild boars and so much more.
