Our beautiful home is situated in one of the most beautiful settings on the Costa Blanca, which while being very tranquil, you also have the alternative of fabulous shows and nightlife of Benidorm, which is only a short drive away. The beautiful resort of La Cala de Finestrat is only 2 minutes away by car, with its beautiful horseshoe bay and many restaurants on the seafront, where you can choose from Spanish tapas to Italian gastronomy and more. The beach is also a blue flag beach, with lifeguards during the summer months. You can also hire beds and umbrellas there too. Just a short walk away there is the world famous Terra Mitica theme park, with its stunning rides and shows, next to that there is Terra Natura zoo, and water parks also in the area, there really is something for everyone here. If this is just too much for you why not just relax on our stunning private roof terrace with a glass of vino, or chill out by one of our 2 charming swimming pools, or private gardens.

Changeover day
We are flexible on changeovers, but Saturday is our preferred day.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Master bedroom has king size double bed, A/C, and views from the window to gardens, and the Med also a wonderful sunrise from here. Bedroom 2 also is en-suite with shower and toilet. Window overlooks our front garden with tropical plants, A/C. |
| Bathrooms: | Both bathrooms are en-suite with a full bath and shower in the master bedroom with toilet and bidet. Bedroom 2 is en-suite with toilet and shower, also air-conditioning. |
| Kitchen: | Kitchen has everything. There is built in oven and grill, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, blender. Just like being at home! All cutlery is supplied, sangria jugs etc, there is also a cool box in case you fancy a picnic. |
| Utility Room: | There is a small utility area, next to the washing machine with a small sink basin for you to use. |
| Living Rooms: | The living room is very light and spacious, it has French doors which lead onto our paved back garden, there are 2 leather sofas, Satellite TV with ITV, BBC and Sky sports and movies, a DVD and CD/radio, and a dining table with chairs, A/C also. |
| Other: | There is a small room with tennis rackets and a set of golf clubs, boules balls plus a few other bits and pieces, for your party to use. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and cleaning are included in your cost of stay. The villa will be clean when you arrive and then cleaned when you leave. There are many towels in the villa, more than enough for a 2 week vacation. |

Notes on accommodation
All of the rooms in the house are air-conditioned, which also provides heat for the winter months. There is also a plasma electric fire, in the living room, a 40" LCD TV for you to watch your favourite programmes. The whole aspect of the villa is placed on comfort, for you and your family, it is very suited for children, the pools both have shallow ends for the children and there are security gates surrounding the gardens, so that they are just for private use. There are also CCTV cameras working on the whole of the Sierra Cortina resort. We have a wonderful roof terrace which overlooks, the Mediterranean, from there you can see for miles. There is a dining table up there, also.
Accessibility
The villa is built on 3 floors, with a roof terrace obviously on the top of the house, so it is maybe not for people with mobility problems. Also a car is necessary really although there is a bus stop nearby which goes into La Cala.
Outside
The villa has private front and back gardens, the back garden has a patio and a dining table with 6 chairs, a barbecue, and a gate which leads down to the pool. The front garden has, a small bench for seating and a pebbled area, with tropical plants, a garden gate, leading towards swimming pool number 2. The upstairs roof terrace, has seating for four, plus two loungers, where you can relax and get your well deserved tan,
The views are breathtaking.
Coast/Beach
La Cala beach is just a 2 minute drive away, with its blue flag beach. Benidorm is a 5 minute drive away, also with its blue flag beaches. Further afield there is Villajoyosa with multicoloured houses and wonderful beach. Further north is Altea and Albir.
Golf
There are many golf clubs in the area. There are two championship golf courses called Raul de Faula, just 2 minutes drive away, there is also a driving range there. It must be one of the prettiest golf courses in Spain, with wonderful coastline views. There is also, a small 18 hole course, which is part of our resort. Mention you are living there and you will get a discount! A set of golf clubs will be left at the villa for your use if you need them.
Special interest holidays
There are some wonderful walks in the area. The large mountain Puig de Campana starts, at the Pueblo of Finestrat, where there is also a font for fresh water. I believe it takes about 7 hours to climb to the summit.
Travel
Alicante is the nearest airport, it is 45km from the villa. There you can hire a car, a car would be recommended, but there is a bus service which takes you from our estate, down into La Cala.
Distances
Benidorm is 4km away, La Cala is 2km away and Finestrat village is 2km away.
Further details
Everything you need can be found in La Cala, de Finestrat there are shops, banks, restaurants and bars. There is a market twice a week, on a Tuesday and a Saturday, with many stalls, where you can find clothing, fruit and veg, and lots of other interesting thing, don't forget to haggle! For your shopping needs there is a large central commercial centre named La Marina, where you can find all of your big name outlets such as h&m, c&a, Zara etc, this is just a 2 minute drive away. On top of the commercial centre there is a bowling alley, Burger King, and many other restaurants to choose from. For your food shopping, close by there is a, Lidl, Aldi, Mercadona, and a very large Carrefour supermarket, where you can buy almost anything.

If you would like to book, we would require a £200 deposit and full payment 8 weeks before your arrival.also a refundable 200 euro or pounds deposit which will be returned if no damage has been incurred, this will be in your account as you arrive home.
