Coast/Beach
The beach is 15 minutes walk away and can also be reached by car with ample car parking space available.
The beaches at Calpe are approx 3 miles away and Moraira approx 5 miles.
Travel
Recommended to fly to Alicante, although Valencia is also an option. The travel time from Alicante is approx 1 hour by toll motorway. Therefore we would recommend car hire. There is ample off site parking at the complex for you to use during your stay at no extra cost.

Further details
Both Calpe and Moraira offer an abundance of fine restaurants and there are also good restaurants within walking distance of the apartment. During the summer the complex restaurant is fully operational.
Booking notes
A deposit of 30% of your total booking is required to secure your chosen dates. In addition to this a security deposit will be added to the total balance due of £150 which will be refunded to you once the property has been inspected and the keys returned to ourselves. The total balance is payable no later than 4 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday.

About the owner
Judith and Louis live in Lincolnshire with their son Eddy and dog Freddie.
We purchased the property in 2007 and love going out there with our family and friends.
We have been told that the World Health Organisation has declared this region's climate as one of the healthiest anywhere in the world and we can understand why.
The complex itself has been designed to an extremely high standard and the area offers magnificent sporting opportunities to climbers, cyclists and trekkers. It is also a paradise for water sports.
We hope that anyone who stays in the apartment enjoys their time there as much as we do!

This area is in a beautiful residential setting known as the green triangle - nestling between Benissa, Calpe and Moraira.
There are restaurants within in walking distance and also some fabulous places to eat in both Calpe and Moraira.
Parques Casablanca offers peace and relaxation with spa facilities available.
