The immaculate detached villa is situated on the prestigious urbanisation Los communicaciones, just outside the quaint village of San Miguel de Salinas. The villa has four double bedrooms, two bathrooms, large separate dining room, english tv, air conditioning, own private pool, outside kitchen and bbq area and breathtaking views. San Miguel de Salinas is situated just 25 minutes from Murcia, San Javier airport and approximately 45 minutes from Alicante. close to numerous golf courses and lovely beaches.

Changeover day
The villa will be available from 2pm to allow for cleaning and fresh linen.

Notes on accommodation
We have a cot, highchair and stair gate available on request. We also offer welcome packages of milk, coffee, sugar, water, bread, bacon, eggs, wine/beer, etc starting from 20 euros if desired. Internet access is available on request £10 per week.

A wide range of beautiful beaches all around 15 minutes drive most accompanying beach bars, restaurants and childrens play areas.

Villa Martin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas golf courses are situated in close proximity to the villa.
Travel
The Villa is situated 15 minutes from Murcia airport and 45 minutes from Alicante. Car hire is recommended for this property. We however provide airport pick up at further cost if needed.
Distances
Torrevieja is the main town in the area which is approximately 20 minutes drive, you will find shopping centre Haberneras which offers sports, clothes and toy/game shops and much more. La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Playa Flamenca, Campoamor, are few of many surrounding villages in the area all offering a wide range of bars, restaurants and supermarkets to suit everyone's needs.

The villa is situated on a quiet urbanisation 5 minutes drive to a quaint spanish village with a good choice of bars and restaurants including beautiful restaurant in the castle surrounds. We have a good selection of booklets and leaflets for places to visit and areas of interest for all ages available whilst on your holiday.
Booking notes
Once your dates have been confirmed by email, a deposit of 20% will be needed to secure your booking. The cost of your holiday should then be paid in full 8 weeks before arrival. We ask for £250 security deposit which will be returned following inspection of our villa.

Our families from last year were pleasantly surprised with the property being very spacious and well presented along with excellent views of Torrevieja, San Miguel castle and salt lakes. Children were said to be very happy with the large pool our villa offers.

About the owner
My family and I have lived in Spain now for six years. Our two children, son aged 9 and daughter age 6 both go to our local Spanish school in San Miguel. We have made lots of friends whilst living in Spain and i love the opportunity to have great outdoor life for my children. They take part in after school activities like football, dancing and gymnastics. I attend night classes to learn the Spanish language although this is a slow process. Our children both speak Spanish and are still improving everyday. At weekends we often meet up with friends and their children from the school to play volley ball on the beach, mountain climbing, we all enjoy eating out in restaurants, taking part in Spanish fiestas in the village eating typical Spanish paella or BBQs at our villas with nice wine.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We brought the property in this location after many holidays in the area. We have the best of both worlds, our urbanisation is quiet with many different nationalities although still close to the best primary school for the children and town with variety of shops, banks, church, English, Irish and Spanish bars and restaurants.
