Changeover day
The changeover day is Saturday. Entry into the villa is a 4pm, departure from the villa is 10am.

All cleaning, linens and bath towels are included, please bring your own beach towels. The villa is cleaned once a week. The bed linens changed once a week. |

Accessibility
Entrance to the villa is through the electronic gate, up a very gentle sloping drive, plenty of parking. There are 5 steps up to the villa, all the living area, the kitchen, the dining room, the 2 areas of the lounge, the office area and 2 of the bedrooms are all on ground level, the further 2 bedrooms are upstairs.
Outside
The secluded private pool is larger than average being 12x6m, there are Roman steps leading into the pool which is 1.70m at its deepest. Around the pool are 8 sunbeds, shade from the palms and umbrellas. The outside kitchen area has a BBQ and outside fridge for drinks and extra food, also dining table and chairs. There are several other areas to sit and relax in and around the garden, and a further wooden dining table and chairs to eat.
Coast/Beach
Javea's main sandy beach with all the restaurants and bars is 10 mins drive away (as the crow flies-4.7 km). Jet skis and leisure speed boats etc are available for hire.
The Port stoney beach is 15 mins drive. A 20 minute drive away is Barraca cobble beach/cove and Granadella cobbled beach/cove each with a beach bar and typical Spanish restaurants. The lovely Port area 15 mins drive has fishing boats, a marina, maritime museum and stoney beach.
Golf
La Sella Golf club is a 5 minute drive away, Javea Golf club 10 mins drive and Oliva golf club 30 mins drive.
Travel
Alicante airport is 1 hour drive. Valencia1 hour 15 mins. Mucia 1 hour 45 mins. Ailines – Ryanair / Easyjet / Monarch / Jet2 and Flybe.
Car hire is essential. The port of Denia is a 20 minute drive away with ferries to Ibiza and Mallorca. Ibiza 2 and a half hours. Mallorca 5 hours on the fast ferry.
Distances
Javea has 3 main areas, the old town, The Arenal and The Port. Javea's old town 10 minutes drive with its cobbled streets throughout, you'll find typical tapas bars, restaurants, church, town hall and the Javea museum. The main beach area - The Arenal 10 mins drive with a multitude of restaurants and bars, ideal to sit in a restaurant and watch the children play on the beach directly in front of you.
Further details
Every holiday need is catered for in Javea, there are plenty of supermarkets, banks, a huge choice of restaurants, from tapas bars and Paella restaurants to fine dining. Also Thai, Italian, Indian and Chinese.
There is plenty to do with Jet-skiing, hire of boats, wind-surfing, horse riding, tennis, golf, go-karts etc.
For small children the beach is equipped with climbing structures,at night there is a kiddie fair with rides.There are also volley ball nets and football goals on the beach.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking, along with a 150 euros damage deposit. The balance is due 45 days before date of arrival.
The damage deposit will be returned to you in the form of a cheque after the villa has been cleaned and inspected.

Javea has a certain magic about it - the weather is fabulous, it's a beautiful coastline. I was first attracted to the area as a safe, friendly place to bring up kids.

The villa is very quiet and secluded, set on the prestigious Montgo region of Javea. It has very large floor space so ideal for large parties to have space from each other if need be. As it is lived in year round it is very well equipped throughout. The pool is larger than average-12 x 6 metres, most pools are 9 x 4 or 10 x 5,so being 12 x 6 it accommodates more people at a time, safer and more fun! This is an exceptional holiday villa with plenty of space,essential broadband internet and air-conditioning.
