It is a modern apartment in a quiet residential area, has shops and bars nearby. The town is within 10 minutes walk.

Changeover day
Saturday is the normal changeover day but this can be varied dependent on previous bookings. Longer lets are also possible by negotiation.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment block has well maintained public areas and an elevator. The building is accessed via remotely controlled entrance gate and door, operated from a entryphone in the apartment. There is a heating/air conditioning unit in the lounge.
Outside
There is a large communal garage on the ground floor of the apartment block with reserved parking for two small cars. Access is via electrically operated doors using a remote sender unit.
Coast/Beach
The main beach at Campello (Carrerlamar) is a 20 minute walk away. This is a long sandy beach and extends to Muchavista beach and San Juan to the south. There is also a large marina and fishing port adjacent to the beach and various quiet coves are within a short drive.
Golf
An 18 hole championship golf course is with 10 minutes drive (Bonalba Golf).
Travel
El Campello is 20km from the main airport at Alicante(El Altet) with easy access via the A-7 motorway. Alicante City is well connected by bus, tram and light railway, in the other direction you can reach Denia/Javea. The train/tram station is 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Whilst car hire is recommended it is not essential. We can arrange transport to and from the airport and also local car hire.
Distances
El Campello town is 0.7 km away, Alicante 15km and Villajoyosa 12km. Benidorm is 20km to the north. There is an important Bronze Age archaeological site, 'La Illeta dels Banyets', near the port of El Campello.
Further details
The largest concentration of restaurants is on the sea front (Carrerlamar), a new restaurant and bar has opened near the entrance to our apartment block and there are other good ones within 10 minutes walk. There is a Spar supermarket close by, and a bread shop, along with two local bars where tapas is available. There is excellent walking country in the hills behind Campello and Benidorm and spectacular drives in the mountains.
