The large comfortable lounge opens on to a large terrace with table and chairs and open views of the fifth tee and the swimming pool.

| Bedrooms: | Master bedroom with large en-suite. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are also of a good size. The beds are all single and can be pushed together or separated as required. |
| Bathrooms: | Family bathroom with a WC, shower and bidet. En-suite with WC, bidet, bath and overhead shower. Both bathrooms are spacious. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is well equipped with cooker and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, coffee machine and everything else you will need. |
| Living Rooms: | In the large comfortable lounge there is a TV and DVD player with a selection of DVDs for all tastes and a good choice of books. |

Towels and linen are provided. (If using the travel cot, we would appreciate it if you provided your own linen for that.) Leave the beach towels at home, we provide them for you too. |

Notes on accommodation
Having a young family ourselves, we have tried to include all the things you might need. High chair, buggy, travel cot, toy box, beach things and games, as well as beach furniture and umbrellas. For the older ones, there are two bikes, tennis racquets, golf clubs, surf boards.
We have put together a comprehensive folder of things to do, places to go and any other information we think may help you get the most from your holiday here. The underground parking is secure and there is easy access to the large pool and children's pool.

Isla Canela boasts 5 miles of beautiful family friendly beaches as well as numerous excellent restaurants.
Further details
The traditional Spanish fishing town of Ayamonte is just a few minutes drive away, and the Portuguese Algarve is also near by.
We are also a 10 minute walk from the main Isla Canela club house and driving range which has a restaurant bar, bowling green, pool as well as many other facilities.
Close to all amenities and situated in an area of natural beauty, this is an ideal destination for beach and golf holidays or for simply getting away from it all to enjoy an unspoilt corner of Spain.
This area enjoys over 300 days of sunshine and its exceptional climate makes it an ideal destination all year round

About the owner
We are a family of 3 generations who fell in love with this beautiful unspoilt area of Spain. On our first visit, back in 2005, we bought the apartment off plan,probably using our hearts rather than our heads, but have never regretted it.
As younger family members have come along they have been introduced to Isla Canela and the surrounding area and they have come to love it too.
As a family we range in age from our late 60's to just one year old and we all find something to entertain us, both in the apartment and out and about in the whole region.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We wanted to buy a property in an area of Spain that was still relatively untouched by tourism but that was easily accessible and had all the amenities we needed. we bought the apartment on our first ever visit to the area off plan and enjoyed visiting several more times and seeing the property grow.
Although there are plenty of beach bars and shops we love the fact that we can always find a quiet spot to lay our beach towels and watch the children play in the safe, shallow water.
Exploring the area is another favourite pastime and despite our frequent visits we still find new places to eat and drink or just to experience how Spain used to be before mass tourism arrived.
Unique benefits of the property
The location of the property allows easy access to both the beach and the beautiful fishing port of Ayamonte,as well as the modern marina.
As well as being convenient for all amenities once you arrive the journey from either Seville or faro airport to the apartment is easy, and both airports are well served by both budget and other airlines.
As users of self catering accommodation around the world we have thought carefully about what We would hope to find in an apartment WE were renting and so have furnished our property as a second home. We hope that our guests will find everything they need to enjoy their holiday.
